This place is terrible they have traumatized my pup and I paid for all the puppy shots in a package and then today my son was charged for the last puppy shots they should have gave my pup the last time we were there but didn’t.

I went here to use the do-it-yourself dog bath. Petco provides everything for just $20!! The shampoo, conditioner, towels, comb/brush and blow dryer, and tub of course! And they clean everything up! Great place and the manager is super nice.

Ken is always very helpful. Along with Morgan, and Sheldon. Although it is heartbreaking to see people understaffed and being overwhelmed. The crew does an amazing job.

I have not been in this store for a few years because of terrible customer service. I popped in this weekend and was super pleasantly surprised with the store turn around! It was organized, clean and had great customer service. Store manager spend 20 minutes with me and didn’t seem to mind my questions, My new favorite petco. Store manager is Josh- he’s a rockstar!

This shop have a lot of pet products you can choose from- for dogs , cats, hamsters , fishes, birds, reptiles! They also have place for adoption for dogs.

Allie was so helpful! I come in alot I have 2 German shepherd puppies 1 that is very picky she will eat really good for 3 weeks then she will stop eating. Then I have to try another dog food. Allie is so patient works with me are finding what she thinks might be the best fit. When she sees me she just smiles and says uh oh we both laugh I said ya the little darling didn't like it and she says let's try something different. Allie does her job incredible thank you so much!!! Tonight was a good night she ate her whole meal I'm so freaking happy 😊

I used to come here for all our pet needs. Over the last year, it’s gone downhill. I went today to pick up some new aquatic plants. There is a sign on the tank that says to ask for an employee for help. I waited for a good ten minutes and finally seen someone walk by, So I did what the sign says. I was instantly told, “you’ll have to wait, I’m busy and there’s only two of us.” Wow. No problem, I didn’t mind waiting but I was surprised by the lack of respect from his response. I waited more, browsing some cat toys until he found me. Before he found me, my husband also asked for help with the plants not knowing I had already asked and I overheard him snapping at my husband as well…. That he is just to busy. When I got help, I told him I couldn’t remember the name of the plants I have used but for our Beta fish but something with large flat leaves. He completely judged us saying “you can’t put plants in your beta tank, he won’t be able to move.” Our tank is 5 gallon. For one fish. I’ve always had multiple plants and just wanted to get some new ones to replace some old ones. He laughed at me and basically said he wouldn’t be helping.
So I put the rest of my stuff down and happily went over to PetSmart to get all our needs. Super disappointing on the lack of customer service.

I enjoyed the seeing the birds, fishes and some dogs. The variety of different food, toys and bones was good. There was one young lady there that was amazing, but I vst remember girl name.
