Very helpful with foods for my dog and groomer, Abbie was phenomenal with my dog, Bella.
New review: Nov 1 my dog got into slime/goo and had it all over her hind quarters. She was hurting and I couldn't even touch my dog; she was miserable and I was worried about getting it off. Together we searched the internet and quick call to a vet, we found white vinegar takes it off with some elbow grease. They groomed her and returned to me a dog without glitter slime! Pleasant and fun staff who i can trust with my dog, Bella.

We just moved to the area and decided to try this place based on the good reviews. We brought my two big dogs, Honey and Dexter, to get their nails done and it was a great. We had Abbie do both and she was amazing! Honey gets nervous about her paws but Abbie was so caring talking her through it. The other staff were very friendly, and even gave us recommendations! Great place to take your dogs!

SOOO KIND!! Tiffany and the owner went above and beyond when they helped me. I had a dragon stuck in a decorative rock that had been in his cage for years. After calling exotics vets and coming up with no luck, my mom decided to call the pet store. Tiffany told us to bring him in and she would help in anyway she could. And She DID! Her and the owner gave us all their time and ideas while we tried to figure out how to get him out. He is out now! and I still can not thank them enough. This will always be my pet store from now on. They really care about the animals

First time visiting this location and was greeted walking in. Made an in-store purchase and a friendly woman helped carry my online pick up order of dog food to my vehicle. Will be back!

The young lady working the front counter helped me with puppy medicine information. I went to check with my vet and I went back to the store. The young lady was on lunch break but the owner of the store helped me finalize the sale. Very helpful. They have a new customer even though I hate that intersection.

The gentleman, who I believe was the owner, was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful!! We love shopping here for our pets over other pet supply stores. It has the feel of a mom and pop and not a big box store.

received a coupon offer in the mail. went in to look for dog bed. store personnel friendly, helpful. i will go back to check our more. closer to home than where I usually shop.

I can't say enough OUTSTANDING things about this Conroe Pet Supplies Plus location. EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE here are the best that you can find anywhere. I am a frequent shopper here. The staff, the products, the grooming, and the dog wash are amazing. The dog food offerings save me from going out of town to purchase the brand on which I insist. I am always greeted with a smile and a cheerful "How can I help you". We have 4 dogs and 2 cats.....all rescues, so you can see why I am a frequent customer.

Absolutely terrible, they made my dog look slow, do not come here or trust it , the ratings are not accurate at all I’m very mad my dog looks absolutely naked it’s a naked dog terrible just terrible man.
