I went to apply at Park Village and their collaborator Janie is very friendly and helps a lot throughout the application process and above all, they speak Spanish in the Park Village office!!!! This makes the process easier for those of us who do not speak English completely. This apartment complex is very beautiful and in Comino, everything looks clean and very safe!! Thank you very much Janie and everyone!!

Always trash everywhere stray cats and now stray used condoms still haven't received fire alarms that was promised on the day that we were shown the apartment been two months still can't get light bulbs for the kitchen

My husband and I visited this Park Village Apartment Townhome Complex Today because we thought the outside looked beautiful and thought it was what we wanted as far as being a townhouse, the large,1300 sq.ft. of the 2 bdrm,2 &1/2 bth, and the overall beautiful inside of the townhouse. However, for it being the summer time,the pool was filthy and not even opened which is very important to us,the grounds haven't even been cut or groomed in well over a month and we have had nice weather many days for that grass to be cut and edged by now. Then after driving through the property to look at the place, there were punks smoking pot outside on a porch because you could smell it. Unbelievable.Then we decided to read ALL the reviews and we said No way, never mind. We'll say in our little 1 bedroom and keep saving up our money for something better.

*Update* last week of May and we still don't have sinks in our downstairs bathrooms or a working dishwasher. When the cabinets were installed incorrectly, I was told they wouldn't fix them. But to my surprise last week someone showed up to install drawers in the cabinet. So that was good.
Be aware if you move here. Our apartment flooded in January because of faulty pipes and it's been months of ongoing repairs.
The management when the apartment first flooded was terrible. The manager Diana was rude and not helpful when I asked for more information about the repairs process. She said, "I don't know anything so what do you want me to tell you?!" Then a week later she was gone. The new management is nicer, but the work is just not getting done correctly or in any timely manner.
We had exposed walls, wiring, and no flooring for at least 2 months. There was a hole between mine and the neighbors kitchen. So dangerous! Thankfully the neighbor is a sweet older woman so she just hung up some fabric so we couldn't see into each other's apartments. The walls have been fixed now after months of waiting.
We didn't have cabinets for over 3 months. Once installed, the cabinets and countertops were installed incorrectly. All the work done is done sloppily and wrong.
We're still missing the downstairs bathroom sinks. They're just sitting outside our apartment exposed to animals and the elements. Looks like a junkyard. After I posted this, the sinks were removed from outside.
The pipes where the sinks go are leaking so we have to put buckets and towels so the "new cabinets" don't get damaged.
And with all this going on and the current living conditions we haven't gotten any reduced rent. We received a one time credit after I angrily complained when during repairs they disconnected my fridge and all my food spoiled. Other than that, nothing.
The countertops don't match the countertops upstairs. The walls have leftover paint from the old countertops and roach droppings. There's outlets covered incorrectly. We still dont have a working dishwasher. There's tons of tiny details that need to be fixed. The work is getting fixed but it's the extremely slow process of it that is frustrating.

Even though others have their opinions about these apartments, I PERSONALLY, enjoyed visiting with them. The staff, Mrs Janie and Mrs Trisha were nice and friendly to me. They made me feel very welcome as a potential new resident. Keep up the good work ladies…you are doing an amazing job.

Ok seriously!!!!! What can I say about Park Village. For starters I had to pay $0 !!!!!! To move in. And I was such a exciting surprise. They have some of the most amazing move in specials!!! Not only that, Ms Gloria was absolutely exceptional. She was well versed in the application process and answered every single question I had. Not once did she make me feel uncomfortable or as if I was bothering her. She was always happy to help. She was also very communicative from beginning to end and did not withold information from me. When I got my approval she was just as excited as I was and that meant a lot. I'm telling you now, if you're looking for a new home DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER. Come meet Ms Gloria in Park Village Apartments and make this your new home!!!! I'm beyond pleased with the care and customer service.
