Katrina and a few oh the other staff, I wish I had their names, are extremely rude. This location has a few friendly employees but the bad out weighs the good ones.

We ended up at this Old Navy last minute needing a different shirt for some professional photography we had scheduled. We found the shirt but needed to get the wrinkles out so we could head straight to the shoot. Ariana and Wendy were super helpful and steamed our shirt FOR US! Awesome customer service!! Thank you!
