We had a very easy experience getting our tire fixed. Cindy was very helpful over the phone. She gave us all the information we needed. When we showed up for the service, Cindy was ready for us and quickly got us a new tire! We will definitely return here when we have other car help needed!

Came in for 4 new tires and an alignment for my 2015 Acura. Greeted as I walked through the door and helped within a few minutes of being in the building. Wonderful service very satisfied today! Recommend this NTB if you are needing service in the Conroe area.

Said it would take 2.5 hours fot an oil change, and a tire patch... kind of ridiculous for just 2 jobs when there was only 1 person in front of me and at least 6 or 6 people in the back working.

All they do is try to upsell you. Went in for a nail in my tire. They first open the hood and start checking fluids and the battery. I tell them just fix the tire. Took losing my temper to get his attention. Pass them by

If you’re looking for a honest, fair priced, courteous, knowledgeable shop look no further. NTB is the place you’re looking for. I have been here a couple of times for different repairs and services and they have not disappointed. Josh the mechanic that worked on my truck, Ram 2500, worked diligently to make sure my truck was repaired correctly. The part I was having replaced were the rear shocks of my truck. I brought in shocks that I wanted them to put in and one of the shocks top bolts was rusted on. There is very limited space to work with on the top bolt, add that to the rust and it was almost impossible. But Josh worked his magic and was able to get the shock off without causing any damage to my truck. Just to give you an idea about how limited the space was and how rusted it was, the removal of the one bolt took 4 hrs. I dropped my truck off but if you wait they have a decent waiting room with cable tv, WiFi, clean restrooms, coffee, soda machine and candy machine with comfy seats so waiting is not a big deal. They close at 6pm so when I called to get a status on my truck they said “we promised we would have it today so we will stay late to make that happen. They stayed till 7pm, and hour after they closed to do just that. They weren’t rushing to try to get out of there, they just wanted to make sure it was done right. If corporate is reading this review give them all a raise and meet their needs, this shop and its employees need to be an example for how the rest of your shops should operate. Thank you to all of the employees and especially Josh for working so hard to make sure your customer, or rather client, happy. That’s what they do, they treat you like a client, not a customer.
