This is the ONLY jeweler in Conroe! When people say jeweler I hear Na's. Kind of like in Texas we we say "ice cream" we mean "blue Bell!" They keep their promises, have the best prices, diamonds are beautiful, sizing is seamless. I could go on... Glad they're here! AND they've been here for years!!!!!!

Minute hand fell off my 25 year old watch that hadn’t run for 15 years. I was turned away from other jewelers who said they couldn’t fix it. These guys had it fixed and running perfectly in 10 minutes while I waited. Dirt cheap too! Nice folks. Really impressed! Give them a try!

This is a great place to take any of your watches or jewelry for repairs. I had an heirloom gold nugget pendant that broke and she was able to solder it back together . she also fixed my husband's watch and set all the proper times on it at no charge. she charged me minimal fees for fixing my heirloom gold nugget.. I would recommend this jewelry store for all your jewelry needs. All of the staff are friendly and do their best to accomidate your needs. thank you very much Joan

Never forget when the female owner treated badly a client and use God to cover up her scam. Later insulted the client's kid who has nothing to with the situation. That necklace was very important for that client, disrespectful and disgusting.

Beware of this place. Always check the precious rock of your jewelry its the same you give before and after. They won't tell you that they exchanged it for a fake and cheap one. That means they are stealing from you and charging scam to you. A year ago, the female owner got caught and she start insulting the client and her kid who has nothing to with it. If you really value that artifact specially from a family, don't ever think giving this place.

I am repairing jewelry given to me from my grandmother and my mother to one day give to my daughter. Na’s Jewelers is the go to store for this. If something is not just right, they will make it right. They painfully, by hand, restrung a necklace that was 2 feet long! Their prices are very reasonable. I admire the jewelry that they have handmade. It is a pleasure each time I go there, and I highly recommend them.

My mom had to get a necklace fixed and we went here they did it withing an hour, but it came out looking almost brand new. They did a great job.

Very helpful and friendly people! The young man up front is always willing and able to help and give his professional advise. The lady came from the back of the store with a huge welcoming smile. Always have a nice experience when I go in. From buying to getting repairs, it's always an easy transaction. No pressure to buy, never charge for their professional opinion. He cleaned my pendant coin with no charge! Will do business with them again!

Was in with a broken necklace and they could not have been more kind. I was so embarrassed and she had me good as new in less than 5 minutes. I will be taking any watch or jewelry to them from now on.
