Best part store in town. The employees and owners are the most respectful people I have ever met. They go above and beyond to make sure you are takin care of. They have the best prices around.

WENT INTO THE NAPA STORE ON S FRAIZER STREET TO GET OIL AND ANTI FREEZE TODAY, ASKED THE LADY AT THE COUNTER HOW MUCH HER ROTELLA T4 WAS A GALLON AND SHE PRICED IT TOO ME AT 15.36 PER GALLON, I TOLD HER I WOULD TAKE TWO 5 GALLON BUCKETS OF THAT PLUS A CASE. STARTED TELLING HER WHAT I WAS QUOTED AT THE NEW NAPA STORE ON 105 EAST AND SHE ASKED ME IF I WOULD LIKE TO TALK WITH THE OWNER OF BOTH STORES, SHE WAS IN THE BACK I SAID SURE. THIS LADY CAME OUT AND I TOLD HER HOW MUCH HIGHER THE NEW STORE WAS ON PRICING AND SHE SAID THAT CANT BE RIGHT IT SHOULD BE THE SAME, I STATED TOO HER THAT I WAS QUOTED OVER 20.00 PER GALLON THIS MORNING ITS THE REASON I CAME TO THIS STORE. WE TALKED CORDIALLY ABOUT OTHER PRODUCTS AND I TOLD HER THE OTHER STORE WAS 5 MINUTES FROM MY SHOP BUT I HAD TO COME 20 MINUTES TO SAVE THE MONEY I DID THIS MORNING, I PAY MY BILL OF 258.75 I WAS HAPPY THAT I SAVED MONEY AND WAS HOPEING SHE TOOK THE POSITIVE CUSTOMER FEED BACK. SHE LOOKS UP AT ME AFTER I HAD PAID MY BILL AND TOLD ME TOO GET THE **CK OUT OF HERE STORE RIGHT IN FRONT OF ONE OF HER EMPLOYEES, NOW THATS A GREAT EXAMPLE OF LEADERSHIP THERE.!!!! I WAS SHOCKED, WE NEVER RAISED OUR VOICES ALL THE TIME WE HAD SPENT TALKING, NOTHING DISRESPECTFULL WAS SAID, FOR SOME REASON THIS STORE OWNER HAS NO PROBLEM RUINING HER RELATSHIONSHIPS WITH HER CUSTOMER, I HAVE BEEN BUYING IN THAT STORE SINCE 2003. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK IN THERE OR HER NEW STORE, SHE HAS SOME TYPE OF PERSONALITY DISORDER TO THINK THIS IS HOW YOU COMMUNICATE PROFESSIONALY WITH YOU CLIENTS WHEN THEY ARE GIVING YOU POSITIVE FEEDBACK ABOUT THERE EXPERIANCE WITH HER. DONE WITH NAPA FOR GOOD.

Great service!!! Had a broken Hydraulic line on our Forestry Mulcher and they where able to make a new one in a matter of minutes. Couple guys even came out to help get it taken apart.

NAPA’s website and Google show this location to be open on Sunday. I called several times during business hours and no one answered the phones.

An elderly friend of mine was badgered when returning a limited lifetime part. They did not want to honor the services that she paid for. I recommend you take your business somewhere else. Cause you're not gonna get the service that they provide. It saddens me to say that brick and mortar is no longer worth the time and effort.

Very helpfull employee... went to buy 2 new batterys, but the cores I brought were not acceptable, but, she recomended that I use the 20%online order savings and offset said core charge. Very nice !
