The staff, especially Christina, were extremely friendly and helpful during our onboarding process. The storage location was great protecting our campervan from the elements. Their prices were also very fair and their facilities have extra-tall, enclosed storage units perfect for large RVs and boats.

It’s a crazy market out there y’all.My experience with big, corporate owned storage facilities is that they don’t care, play mind games, and take advantage of people. I’ve been researching since April.I found Montgomery Self Storage, MSS, a few months ago and remembered them yesterday when I was trying to find a new place to store my belongings that mean something to me <———-. Maybe not corporations, but me.MSS had one climate controlled unit left at the Lake Conroe location. I spoke with Sandra. Her customer service was Exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t sense any BS, she told me straight what their lease stipulates, she stayed in communication while I went to see the unit on my own. I wasn’t ghosted so to speak. I didnt waste my time. I like to read my lease on paper. She made that option possible. She was very clear in her description of how to view the unit with thorough description of unit, passcode, where to enter and exit.I ended up not going with the unit because it was too big and more than I was hoping to pay. I give a review to let y’all know how she did and my impression of MSS as a company.I suggest checking them out.Offering a service like storage is a very important service. For the sake of the sanity of all of us, I hope the integrity of this locally owned facility never bows down to the apathy and greed of current times. Well done. I will be back if I find my situation changes. Thank you.

Found this storage location for my RV while scouting area.Currently, the best deal in town for a covered bay with 120 V plug available. Facility is equipped with fresh water and a wash bay - owner related that an RV dump station is coming soon to his new location just behind Hwy. 105 facility. Security cameras and adequate fencing are appreciated in keeping my investment safe!
