  Been with BOA since 1998. They wouldn't deposit a check because it was written to Bob instead of Robert. They also couldn't figure why I had two different home address even though I assume they do understand you can own two homes. Almost surpasses belief.

  This bank is pathetic. They get zero stars, except I'm forced to pick one. No drive through, and only two tellers working. I asked why, and was told that's all they will ever have. 30 minute wait - so far - just to transfer money over that can't be done online. They're about to lose 2 checking accounts, 2 savings accounts, 2 BOA credit cards, a Merrill account, and a safety deposit box. Pathetic.

  Looking for a fully functioning drive up ATM? Then avoid this bank.The manager here must be constantly out to lunch, but if you go inside they suddenly become health care workers and insist you wear a mask. Apparently customers wearing a mask is top priority, banking comes second or third.
