This is long over due but, they don’t know how to diagnose anything, they are the kind of shop that will replace anything that could cause the issue instead of figuring out what exactly is causing the issue. When their fix doesn’t work they will refer u somewhere else and literally say it’s ur problem. Also I got 2 different prices for the same repair 5 days apart which I obviously declined because I had already paid them to fix my car and it was still broken and did myself (radiator fans) which STILL did not fix my issue. The only pro of this place is that they gave me a partial refund after going back n fourth with Will for a long time with him even laughing at points. Usually the benefit of using a shop and not doing repairs myself is if the repair doesn’t work the shop will stand behind there work and work with u to ensure it’s fixed, not here! you will be out ur money and be told to go somewhere else because it’s too difficult for them. Make sure James quotes ur repair if you still decide to come here because he gave me the cheaper quote.

I had an a/c compressor replaced last summer. He told me it had an electrical problem and that was why after install it wasn't cooling. I took it to have the electrical checked. They told me it just didn't have enough freon in it. It's still cooling today.

Very honest and reliable. Any shop who will tell you something is all good and doesn't need replacing AND doesn't charge you anything to tell you that is highly respectable in my opinion. You have won my business and anyone I can tell. Much appreciated and thank you for providing an honest service when that is getting harder to find these days.

These guys take great care of diagnosing and servicing my f-250. Besides regular oil changes, fuel filter changes and alignments. I’ve used them for replacing worn out steering components, wheel bearings and shocks.

I took my dually in for an alignment & it was done quickly, properly & for an extremely fair price. First time using this shop, but it was well recommended by a mechanic I respect, and I see why.
1/12/24 - Return visit, I think almost 2 years later, for ball joints & tie rods. My truck has been tire-hungry, so I had it checked out. They got it in this morning, around 0815 & I was rebuilt, realigned, road tested, and out the door by 1100. Great, family run shop! I have spoken with the owner a time or 2, and today I met his daughter, who is sweet as she can be, and his wife, who was in a short time at my completion. The 3 of them are awesome together, and the other shop mechanics all seem to work like family - seems like a great environment.

So I had an absolute horrible experience with Will and his shop. Horrible customer service from Will and James. I took my truck in to get a brake job done. I simply told him I need brakes he recommended that I get pads and rotors and quoted me $730. This is my work truck, so I needed it done ASAP and I agreed even though I felt that was extremely high, my expectations were that they have quality service and use quality parts since they are a professional auto shop. Well my experience was anything but that at first Will was very nice and helpful and then when he did the job about 15,000 miles later the brakes were already shot. The pads were extremely damaged, which led to the rotors being damaged Basically the $730 job he did was now needing to be replaced entirely. I went back to him by phone first and never got a callback so a few days later I drove to his shop with the pads in hand and to show him the rotors, and he was supposedly out picking up parts, so I left and tried calling two more times each time leaving a very detailed message about exactly what it happened and how I felt about it the first time I visited him about the pads when I noticed they were prematurely worn. He said he could not warranty them because he had to get them from a dealership and they would not warrantee the pads. My thoughts were well. How is that my problem that he chose to get those pads and put them on my vehicle so he should back the parts that he purchases or he doesn't need to purchase parts they don't have warranties if he's worried about being Reimbursed himself if something happens which I completely understand but it was his choice to buy those pads. He never mentioned anything to me about it and he put them on my truck along with brand new rotors so after looking at the pads and telling me that they were no good and that he could not warranty them. I said OK no problem at that point I thought I was just down a couple hundred dollars for the pads and labor, but I had a friend that was going to do the work for me this time so I took them to him to change out the pads and come to find out the rotors were completely damaged as well. I took plenty of pictures and even we're going to take the parts up to his shop where I ran into a guy name James which when I mentioned What was going on he stated that he had heard my message on the phone and that there's nothing that they can do about it because the rotors were damaged because of the brake pads and the brake pads came from a dealership and we're not warranted. Long story short I went to the dealership they of course, told me that that was a transaction between me and the shop that I would have to go to them about it, which I completely agreed with and the shops transaction was between the dealership which if they bought from them knowing they were not gonna get warranted. That's their fault not mine long story short I was told there was nothing the shop could do he didn't even offer to make anything right or to help at all to be honest with you I left three messages and never received one single phone call back I thought long and hard about leaving this review because I'm a business owner myself and I do not encourage nor like to do negative reviews, especially if you have not tried to make the Matter better with the person you were dealing with, but as this continued on, I decided to leave this review since I never even received a call back or anything and I could not help but think what if this would've happened to somebody that was living paycheck to paycheck and could not afford to spend that amount of money again to replace parts that usually will last 80 to 100,000 miles just after 15,000.Service: Brakes

I am blessed that I am financially able to cover it but I also know that not everyone is and I did not want him to take advantage of someone that it would hurt much more than it did me, so that is the sole reason why I am leaving this review, I'm not saying don't go to his shop or give him your business because maybe I am one out of 1 million that got treated like that but I did w

Took it in for front end work (tire wobble), paid $800 but driving it back home I noticed wobble was still there. Asked if they test drove it - said no. Drove truck back to shop and a week later only to get a quote to complete repair not complete the repair. I asked why so long to only get this far and response was they had alot of oil changes to do. Left me with questioning why were oil changes after me get to front of the line to be serviced before my already $800 deep into unfinished repairs?! In the end, told them not to complete repairs and questioning if the $800 worth of sercice was even needed since it is still doing what I took it in for.Maybe only trust them with oil changes, those are top priority.
