I made a visit to Mobility City in Conroe today. Our Drive rollator was stuck closed and we could not get it to open. I had 3 other people attempt to find the problem, but no one could figure it out. I found JEANIE in the store and she had it figured out in less than a minute!!! What a STAR in there, and she knows her stuff!! Forever grateful for her today!!

We used Mobility City to purchase a lift for our scooter. Jeanie helped us with the purchase and Salina was also wonderful to deal with. Everyone was professional and so pleasant to deal with. They took the time to find out what our needs were and to explain what would work best with our vehicle and our situation. I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with our purchase and with the time taken by the people who worked at this business to make sure that we had all our questions answered and that we were satisfied with our purchase. I highly recommend this company.

I used Mobility City to get a hospital bed for my dad. They were wonderful to work with and were able to come out the same day and fully set up the bed for us. I hope to not need them in the future, but it’s nice to know that they’re available and provide such great customer support if I do.

Conroe is lucky to have Mobility City. Recently I was in need of getting a walker repaired and went to Mobility City and was so impressed with the kindness and helpful staff. Not only did they fix the walker but showed me the many newer products on the market for those of us who need extra support. I proudly recommend this company to everyone!
