Hate to be redundant, but once again excellent customer service by Jessica my service advisor at MINI of The Woodlands! Awesome communication, and even tracked down my extended warranty coverage AND went to bat for me to have items almost fully covered! My MINI was ready on time and washed when I picked it up. Cannot say enough about her and the dealership.

I want to personally thank Nick (Nicholas Pandanell) for his prompt response time when it came to me looking at my Tesla Model 3! The finance manager and everyone else that made it possible for me to get into the vehicle truly did work magic!
I am grateful that everyone here, including Nick, got me into a newer car for myself, after being strung along at another name brand dealership not too far from them (looking at you Nissan). These guys are the absolute go too! And if you happen to visit them based on my review, let them know Shane sent you!! Nick, you’re a real one man!!
*only “downside” of my vehicle purchase is the battery degradation rate, but that has everything to do with the previous owner, not AutoNation, and I’m remedying it (Thanks Keisha ??)*

Because we got a pre-owned Mini Cooper S 2 Door in July 2020, which we barely drive, we were or weren’t prepared for the following needed repairs etc, but that being mentioned, we went in for the over due Service (2nd) (after our extended Warranty expired) at Mini in Woodlands.
Along with the easy of scheduling online and verifying, we had a pleasant Attendant in Service - Paloma.
After a few hours waiting, we got via email astonishing video, yes VIDEO of the recommended WORKS that needed to be done on our Mini.
Yes we were fascinated and impress with this!
Great Idea !
We decided to get the WORK recommended done - Battery, the Passenger Side Engine Mount, Rotate Tires, Spark Plugs and Service etc.
Now, I must say, they know how to market their new Models, because as a Loaner, they gave us a 2024, I believe ! While it was new and updated and BRIGHT YELLOW, we prefer our 2017 Mini :)… it’s sturdiness and the way it felt on the roadway, we were happy to get it back the next day !
We do have to call and see if we were suppose to get a Certificate for the New Battery ? And if they would have charged us extra for the Noise we heard inside and the fact we still hear the knock knock noise when we turn the steering wheel !
Sadly, we have to go to this Mini Woodlands location since there isn’t any other nearby by us, but it gives us a good time to run the Mini !

I recently had my Mini Cooper being flooded and ultimately totaled by the insurance company. During such a stressful time, The Woodlands Mini Cooper team provided exceptional support and service. From the moment I contacted them, they were compassionate, understanding, and incredibly helpful.
They guided me through the entire process, from assessing the damage to working with the insurance company. The staff was professional and communicative, ensuring that I was kept informed at every step. Their expertise and attention to detail gave me confidence that my car was in good hands, even under such unfortunate circumstances.
While it’s sad to say good bye to my Mini Cooper, I’m grateful for the outstanding service and support I received from Selene and Paloma. They truly went above and beyond to make a difficult situation more manageable, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of trustworthy and reliable service.

I purchased and new MINI Cooper S from MINI of the Woodlands. At approximately 18 months of ownership a leak was found and noted on the service report stating 'would monitor the leak' (as opposed to fixing the issue immediately). Sure enough once the warranty expired then the issue had to be repaired at a cost of over $2,000. So if you ever see similar note on service report demand the repair be made immediately. Also realize that there are known defects that they will try to deflect, such as the thermostat housing made of plastic that will FAIL (not if, but rather when) - This is a separate issue from the issue I cited above. Edited to keep it relevant.

Im very disappointed with Mini of the Woodlands. I made an appt. On 8/6 to see a vehicle. I took a detour adding about 3 hours of travel time on my return from Austin, to find out the vehicle was sold. The service manager and salesman both sent me vehicle info on the 8/6 and setup an appointment.
When I got there today, they had sold it. Someone should have been professional and reach out so I didn't waste my time. Then they tried to offer me some gas money...lol. I was ready to buy today. They will not get my business.

Shoutout to the MINI of the Woodlands! I went to the Mini of the Woodlands and looked for my 2nd Mini Cooper. I met Brian Lowden. He is super informative,, responsive, caring, knowledgeable, and was able to find me what i was looking for. Additionally, he is also a story telling guy which I've learned so much of the MINI history from him. The sales and financial services went through so smoothly and efficiently. Had a great experience there and I would ALWAYS recommend MINI of the Woodlands!

I have dealt with MINI of The Woodlands since they were first built. Serviced my 2004 and I bought four MINI’s from them. I love the Car and the brand. Sales is always an issue but I have gotten great deals and worked with wonderful people.
I took my 2019 MINI Countryman Cooper S in to have the oil changed, MINI service called me to come pick up my Countryman Cooper S JCW All4….? I was wait, that’s not right, I don’t own a JCW!! Service said well you had the oil changed right? Yes! Well it’s done. Dang if it didn’t change to a 2024 Counteyman Cooper S JCW All4!! Haha!! MINI of The Woodland Sales and Regional Sales Manager made me a deal I couldn’t have gotten anyplace else and I couldn’t say no. They take care of long time loyal Customers as they would a family member! I am forever grateful for all they have done for me over the years!! This is my fifth and Best MINI I have ever owned!!
I highly recommend the MINI Brand and MINI of The Woodlands!!

We purchased a Pacifica Hybrid last week from Mini. They handled the purchase in a professional manner. I would buy from them again. The price was fair, and it was a privilege going to the dealership to look at the vehicle, sign papers, and pay. No problems with these folks.
