Took my vehicle in for a repair for my AC to get done. They told me it was one part got it replaced and I ended up paying the big bucks and taking it to the actual dealership. They told me it was another part that cost almost $600 Long story short I had to pay them a $225 diagnostics fee and still have to go and purchase the part and get repair done myself I recently called try to get my same representative I had helping me but somehow John ended up taking my call and told me to call back tomorrow he will help me with a price then Which is obviously inconvenience and I called an hour before they close. Why should I have to wait till tomorrow, I told him the labor and he was like no you cannot bring your own part so that reminded me of when they did my repair for my AC. They charged the part and labor market pricing. So thanks John for making me have to leave a negative feedback.

I went to Milstead for car repair. As A Senior Citizen, I should have been treated with some respect and more professionalism.
What a nightmare!

I went to Milstead to get an alignment, and brake system flush. I went because a friend highly recommended it, however, I left disappointed. After dropping my truck off at 3pm until I picked it up the next day at mid day, it was never touched by a technician. If I’m not mistaken, the truck should’ve at least had a multi-point inspection for the service advisor to recommend additional repairs. As for my service advisor, she was not charismatic, and I left filled with questions about how long it will take and how much this will cost. For how busy it may look in the parking lot and on the side of the property filled with RV’s the technicians look as if they have nothing to do, as well as the advisors. 1/5 would not recommend to a friend

On the way to Galveston, after dove on the unavoidable debris in the highway, the car started making weird sounds. Found few shops after Googling. The first one we went said there’s 3.5 hours wait. We left and go to Milstead. It was around lunchtime when we came in. The gentleman on the counter mentioned most of the mechanics were on break but kindly find someone to take a quick look after few minutes. They were able to check and let us know the board under the vehicle was loose. They bolted up, went for test drive and told us should be good to go now. We are so grateful and were ready to check out. The gentleman told us no worries and charge nothing! They are so kind and helpful. We definitely feel fortunate to find them and wish their business well!!

This company is ALL ABOUT customer service. We had our RV towed there to be fixed.We had to wait for an appointment, but they let us hook up to 50amp power while we waited a few days. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Can't say enough good things about this company! We were really pleased with the service. If you need help north of Houston, this is the place to go!

What an amazing experience!! We had a total nightmare after purchasing our RV from Holliday World in Willis- btw - stay as far away as you can from that place, buy your RV anywhere but there!
After we finally came to Milstead - everything was done fast and efficient and communication is superb!! Thank you Amber- you restored our fate in humanity ?

Went for a DOT inspection but inspector did not know the difference between GVWR and GVW. Have to go someplace else to get it right

Oh this is the worst shop I ever been to in Conroe T is the worst Manager over the automotive shop all he do is try to get money for no reason he will ripe you off no matter he’s money hungry and sorry his payday is coming he did nothing right by me since I bought my car there for Service he”s very sorry and he will pay from a higher power than me thanks for nothing even leaving the shop my car had 3 codes on my dash I try to call oh he’s in the field really that shop don’t deserve no business from no oneI will never go there for anything or refer anyone there they didn’t even wash my car after car being there 3 days full of dust not a positive mark at all .
