Easily the best hand car wash I've been to in Houston. They have a huge menu of options based on your car size. (Get here earlier in the day if you want a wax or detail). Their white cat mascot/manager is welcoming and loves pets. Lots of comfortable seating inside and outside. A TV and wifi to keep you occupied. They always do a great job. Never had any issues! If it's in your area, this is the spot!!

Absolutely one of the best car detailers in the Houston area for a really great price. These guys work tirelessly and were able to get my car looking and smelling brand new after having a child get car sick in the backseat of my car to the point where I thought it was going to completely destroy the backseat forever. I was so distraught upon bringing it in the following morning and they noticed right away what I mainly came in for. When I got back in, the smell was gone and the back passenger area where the accident had occurred was spotless and perfectly clean and dry. The outside detailing is tremendous as well. The only detailer I've used in Houston!

So glad i tried this place out besides some of the negative reviews. Very rare am i satisfied with my regular car wash but this place literally left my car spotless and it was soooooo dirty take your car early so they don't rush it so satisfied with my interior shampoo detail car wash will definitely be back!

I love this place! Jaime the manager and his wife were so pleasant and welcoming. Peaceful sitting areas and fast and through wash. Casper was this beautiful white cat that you will hopefully get to see when you go there. I will come back to see the sweet kitty aswell. :*)

I'm a recent transplant to Houston from Chicago and gave Aqua a shot, as I live down the street. I hadn't washed my car since I arrived two months ago. I didn't have time for the mini-detail and got the basic. $35 and 30 minutes later, I was leaving the establishment. I must say, my car looks phenomenal. This is the first time I've gotten a basic wash and had my brake calipers addressed. Great job, Aqua, I will see you again for the next wash! P.S. - If you bring your kids, please avoid the swings. They're cute, but they make an annoying squeaking sound! :)

Great value, great location, great service. Manager is friendly and attentive, always remembers me and makes a point of making me feel like I should keep coming back. The work is always good. Make sure you leave a tip for the crew.

The members of the cleaning crew are nice. The staff that take your order not so much - I never feel happy or even indifferent about their service. In fact, I feel more like a bother when I go there. As far as the cleaning goes, it's never complete. Prices are cheap(ish) which makes this place alluring, but the consistently incomplete cleaning of my car is not worth the trouble. I've been to aqua a bunch over the last few years, mostly because of the convenience and familiarity, but partly because I hoped it would get better. Aqua has a convenient location and a good layout, but who cares if your car isn't thoroughly clean. Im confident I've been charged more than necessary multiple times when adding various services to an existing package. I learned that recently when the person taking my order (someone new to the team as I've never seen her before) told me I was purchasing two separate packages when I could've added the 1-2 extra services for a third of the price. I'VE BEEN GETTING THE SAME THING FOR YEARS. If aqua is reading this, and you're able to check itemized purchases dating back however long, you'll find this is the case. The cool cat that hangs out in the lobby gets 5 stars.

Had super high hopes for this place but was very disappointed! As soon as I pulled in, the guy who initially greeted me seemed bothered to answer my questions- he was also very short. I purchased an interior detailing and as soon as my car was "finished" I checked and saw dog hair still all over it, my mats had been put in SOAKING WET AND DIRTY and the carpet underneath was barely vacuumed. Sadly I had to talk to the same guy to have it redone and again he was very bothered (sorry y'all did a bad job??) Once I got home, I checked the trunk and I don't even think they took the mat out to clean it or the carpet underneath. So freaking disappointed! Check out the pics of my interior from it being "cleaned" TWICE!

I always come here to get my car washed because they do it by hand. The owner or whoever is in charge here is very kind and attentivThey take really good care of your car and leave it super clean. They offer almost anything you can think of. Great quality work and great service I'll back back again and again and again.

I've been a client of theirs for several years. Lately I have had erratic experiences, such as finding spots that had not been completely wiped or having to remove protecting paper from the floor mat myself...I came home to have to clean spots on the windshield that had been missed. Not sure what is going on but I'm reconsidering going back. It's becoming expensive for the service they provide.

Paid $100 only to have to come home and finish detailing the inside of my car. So far, I have three filthy car wipes from wiping down my steering wheel alone. They didn't even bother with the center console area. I don't know what they were doing for an hour and a half but I shouldn't have had to tell one of the detailers to wipe off an old coffee stain off my door after he said my car was ready. I found debris under my seats and the interior doors were just completely half-assed. I give two stars because the waiting area was nice on a beautiful day like today but otherwise, I feel scammed and won't be returning.

Solid car wash in a great location!!! The workers are nice and do an awesome job at making sure your car is clean! There's also a really cute waiting area with coffee and snacks. Definitely recommend checking out Aqua if you're in the area and looking to get your car washed!

Took my wifes mazda in for a full interior detail. I was not disappointed with the outcome. The wait for the car was a good while 2.5 goes, but it was with the wait. The interior looks like a brand new vehicle out the dealership. After having my niece throw up in the back seat i gotta say I'm very impressed. You wouldn't even be able to tell that Someone had thrown up back there 12 hours ago. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a detail to their vehicle inside and out!

Firstly - I attempted to contact the business 5x - twice by email, twice by phone, once through the text survey but have received no response before writing a negative review. I came by the Montrose location for my first visit and selected the Plus interior + exterior wash, however, I was extremely disappointed in the way that my interior looked afterwards. I am by no means picky however there were obvious dirt prints all over the doors and passenger side console that clearly had not even received a basic wipe down. I was very disappointed that after paying $30 for a car wash that I had to go home & wipe down the surfaces myself. The dirt came right off with a Clorox wipe. I would have mentioned something to the staff however they had already walked away from the interior station.
