Shad or Chad offered me a home internet deal and I didn't end up going with it so he changed my address and things on my account and got my discount taken away and now can't get it back he was nice and tried to help me out and give me a deal but it didn't help me out enough to change to so he has caused me a lot of problems

Best customer service! I switched to metro today and the girl in there was really sweet and helpful. I got a new iPhone headphones and car charger. I had a great experience and she made my day. I will recommend this store to my friends.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. There was 2 workers working on rge same customer for damn near am hour i dont know why 2 are scheduled. If they have 3 computers and can still only help one person... Oh wait no they said what i needed done was going to take awhile and took ANOTHER customer before me still waiting to pay my effin bill amd have ONE LINE REMOVED. i should just go to cricket!

I’ve been here before, twice and paid to get a week extension on my plan without a problem. Today I went in to do the same because I don’t get paid till Friday and I need my phone and I was told they don’t do that and never have. LIES! If they have never done it then how did I know they did it to begin with? I’ve bought about 4 phones and always came to this location but not anymore.
