Worst decision ever to go with t-mobile. Has been a pain switching, lied about applying a 20% insider discount on my plan. Told me it would take 4-5 billing cycles to apply. On the 6th cycle still no discount, was told oh you only have 30 days to apply it to the account. Bill for 2 phones is $200/mo and 1 is paid off, was told it would be around $150/mo.

Horrible customer service, lied to me about my phone being 5g, lied and said they would transfer my files to new phone, could not answer any questions about the phone, had to wait for the manager to show up and she left before I could ask any questions, I would not go there and will be switching my carrier.

Went by two nights ago to get the deal por the IPhone i7 they have going on for $49.99 per phone when you switch, I was going to switch 4 lines here until they told me I can get the deal per phone but I have to pay them for the taxes for the price of the phone, ($399.99 ) why in the world this people believe I was going to pay them taxes for the total amount of $1,200.00 when the special said $49.99 per phone, they was charging me insurance, screen protectors, cases, activation fee per line and the advanced monthly bill THEY ARE NOTHING MORE THAN RIDICULOUS Stay away from this store the foreign guy and that young lady in the store last night are nothing more than thieves. I will be reporting this business. Worst service ever waited on the phone over 10 minutes just to be hung up and dial again just to be ignored. I been in the customer service and just because of the bussiness of the store never gave me the right to be unattentive to any of my customers Instead I hired or ask for more staff to grow the business. This unit definetly needs the ultimate vision for this unit. Thank you for nothing, let me try another provider maybe they will appreciate my business.
