We've had two separate purchase transactions with this company. The salespeople were great in both. The first one, we ended up not getting the car because the color was different than we initially thought it would be. The sales manager was very rude, trying to get me to finalize the deal even though it wasn't the color we wanted. Ended up finding a car at another dealer. The second transaction was perfect. Smooth as butter for a CPO. If you are in the market for a car, see Abba.

Service area: it's better at Sewell North Audi. They are more proactive and efficient. Mercedes is still asking for people's names for carwash. Mixing up people's names and stereotyping. They are chasing customers around to locate them when car is ready. Sewell customer service is better. I expect more from MB. Environmental: clean. Great snacks and drinks. En

From the moment we walked in, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. The warmth and professionalism of Katherine made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. She and my husband were in communication months prior and she took the time to understand our family needs and preferences, and contacted my husband when the perfect vehicle was available. We had the best experience here! David Gonzalez was on top of it! He kept in constant contact with us until he found the exact car that I wanted! He called as soon as it came in and later that evening I was driving it home. I have nothing bad to say at all about my experience and I will definitely be going back when we need service and will reccomend to anyone looking for a car. David is the best!

My salesman was very informational, patient, professional and I appreciated his efforts to advocate for me in the transaction. We were not able to come to a final sale or lease agreement for this visit. I will go back in the future should I want to look at another Benz.

I just purchased my first MB & I can't say enough about how wonderful my young salesman, David Gonzales, was to work with. David certainly has the top 2 qualities a salesman requires- excellent listening skills and thorough product knowledge. Though he knew I'd been driving a competitive brand & was still leaning in that direction for my new purchase, he was anything but pushy. Knowing which MB was in the similar class as the competitor's car he showed me a gorgeous car, took me for a drive and I was able to experience/ learn from him the benefits of the MB. After several days I returned on a busy day & David was absolutely professional, patient, & thorough in making me comfortable in my decision to purchase the MB. In rating David from 0-5 stars, he's a 6!! PS: So is my new E350

I've been looking for a CLA 250. We purchased a GLE 450 from Katherine Stern in 2020. She is such a joy to work with. I have to say I almost decided to keep the car I had but after a few nice emails I went to the dealership yesterday where she met me, her day off I must add. First 250 she had me test drive....SOLD! She will always been my go too anytime I need a new Mercedes! This dealership is first class! They treat you very well!!!!!

Trent took such good care of my husband and I! We actually live 3 hours away but Trent and team thought of everything they possibly could to make it the most easy and painless process possible for our arrival. We were looking for very specific features on my new GLC and he made sure all those boxes were checked. Arturo was our finance guy and he was just as superb. Very pleased with the whole process! Worth the drive! And I'm OBSESSED with my new car

We had the best car buying experience ever with Sam Kraim at MB-Woodlands! He was so friendly, went through inventory and made great suggestions based off of what we told him we were looking for. He suggested the E400 Coupe which we fell in love with. He explained all of the buttons and components on the car, made sure he answered all of our questions, and it was completely pressure free. We left with a beautiful coupe and no buyer's remorse. Such a different experience than any other car buying experience we have had. We will send all of our friends to see Sam in The Woodlands!

I visited the Greenway location on 6/28/2023. I went to this dealership directly from the airport with the intention of purchasing a vehicle. I read some reviews and saw they had 4.5 stars on Google. I have no idea how they have such a rating! I walked around on the lot for about 30 minutes. No one came out to say anything to me. I decided to leave, but before I did I wanted to go inside to see if anyone would at least offer their assistance and direct me to their restroom. I made eye contact with NO LESS THAN six people and NOT ONE of them said a word to me! No one greeted me, asked if I had been helped, asked if I needed assistance, NOTHING! I wandered around and found the restroom on my own! Needless to say, I left and took my business elsewhere! It doesn't cost anything to at minimum smile and greet potential customers! I almost changed my mind about purchasing a Mercedes, but I decided to give the woodlands location a chance and I am so glad I did!!!! I was on their lot less than 5 minutes before I was warmly greeted and offered assistance! Luis was fantastic! I purchased my vehicle on 6/29/2023 (yes the very next day)! The process was easy, seamless, and not time consuming. Although Greenway is much closer to where I live, I will not return there. I strongly DO NOT recommend the Greenway location, but I HIGHLY recommend the Woodlands location. If you're in the market for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and go see Luis at Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands...you'll thank me later!

Purchased a used 2018 F350 here on March 10, 2023. On April 6,2023 the truck engine completely seized up as we were traveling on FM1988 near Livingston, Texas. The Ford dealership we had the truck towed to said the truck had absolutely NO oil in it. And no evidence of oil anywhere on the engine, on the truck, the tailpipe or on the RV we were towing. The bill to replace the engine is estimated to be $25,000. Our salesperson Rosario Stahl passed us off to the sales manager Nick Botusan who was initially sympathetic, but after letting his know how much the cost was going to be and that our insurance would not cover it, and leaving several messages, NEVER got back to us, hoping we'd go away we are sure. We were left with no choice but to trade the defunct truck in, which we initially paid $56K for, to another dealership who gave us $25,500 for a truck with a dead engine. We are out $31K dollars due to what we feel was the dealerships negligence in doing a thorough inspection of a truck that obviously had an issue, before selling it, no oil light ever came on, no dashboard indicators of any kind. The service department did send us an email stating, in all caps, WE DID NOT CHANGE THE OIL IN THIS TRUCK. We are full time RV travelers from Oregon and were completely stranded for over 3 weeks with no help from Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands who happily took our money. Thanks for nothing, buyer beware, take your business elsewhere.

I was very disappointed in my salesman buying my new Sprinter Van. Not to mention they charged my 5000.00 over sticker. My Sprinter salesman I felt like I was not important to him. I put 30k down that same day. Finance guy told me I was able to take the van with me that evening. Then my salesman said no I must pay in full first. Like he didn't believe I had the money but was just handing over 30k not planning to bring rest of payment back. I was even going to have them service my 350 GLE but still couldn't take the van home overnight. I was hoping to build a relationship with this dealership for service. Then after the treatment I felt. No way would I trust them with servicing any of my MB vehicles. I wish I had another option to purchase my sprinter van. Then they had one of the few I needed on their lot. I use this van to help with a lot of rescue dogs. My 2020 was totaled and I was waiting on the wire transfer to arrive in my account. Very disappointed in my service. Not to mention paying almost 96k (that includes 5k over sticker) cash and my salesman wasn't around to deliver it to me. Thank Goodness for Kristen for being there for us. Then explaining the different options on my new van. Something else my salesman didn't point out. Hate to say but he is also the Sprinter Van Manager. I expect a lot more from a manager of a major dealership. Do not recommend this dealership at all unless you deal with Kristen. Very disappointed!!!
