The establishment truly upholds the "MORE" aspect of its name. Their customer service extends beyond mere mailing services. I visited the store and explained my situation, inquiring if they could assist me in obtaining video footage that would be beneficial for my claim. Without any hesitation, the person in charge invited me to come back. He demonstrated remarkable patience as it took approximately 30 minutes to locate the specific information I required. Furthermore, he displayed great compassion throughout the process. The least I can do in return is to write a review to shed light on the exceptional individuals working at this establishment, even though I did not ultimately utilize their services. I express my sincere gratitude for their assistance.

After a number of unsuccessful trips to the post office, this spot was an unbelievably refreshing change of pace.
My USPS package drop off was so simple, that I was left more than a little shocked.
Between the incredible efficiency and friendly service, I’ll be back to this location soon!

I was told that stamps went up in price and now they charge $2.50 for one stamp!! Go to the UPS store by Heb they charge 1.00 for stamps

I would give 10 stars if I could! Edith is an absolute life saver! I can’t rave enough about her amazing customer service skills! I was in a bind and she helped me out so much!! I truly hope she knows how much I appreciate her! Thank you again and this place is great!

These guys are great! Awesome customer service, attentive to needs, and willing to help out any way they can. This small business is way better than any of the big cumbersome bureaucratic stores. They will mail, receive mail, notarize, copy, and most importantly save you time!

I recently had to send secure documents to the Treasury Department in Minneapolis, MN. I had severe trepidation in doing this as there is no insurance via the big name shippers. However Will assured me this is done routinely and we structured the shipment so it was tracked and had a custody transfer signature. All went well!! Will and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very customer focused. They also have notaries which I have also used. I highly recommend them!!!

I am in this store just about 6 times a week dropping off packages and have been doing so for well over a year now. The staff and their professionalism is one of the best. I cannot rate this place high enough.
