I cannot say enough great things about Madera! Ian and Paul were an amazing introduction to our vision! Alexa was our wedding coordinator and was absolutely a a calming reassuring must! I had staff( a bartender) thank us for our “thank you” note. However, we should be the grateful ones! They made our dreams come true! Every thing, the months of planning, but even the mishaps were perfection, because they took care of everything and made everything better! Will always be in love with Madera.

I'm so tired of them popping fireworks late at night. There are children trying to sleep and y'all are literally right across the street from a residential neighborhood. 2200 is way too late

As soon as I saw the Grand Fireplace I knew that this was the place for us! My husband was born in Mexico and this venue tied in our Texas roots as well as his origins. We were welcomed by Paul on our first trip to Madera. He was so knowledgeable about wedding planning and gave us great history about Madera. The intricate history sold us on the venue. Caylin was our wedding coordinator. She did a fabulous job helping along the way as well as the day of the wedding. She made wedding planning a breeze. The hardest part was the seating chart (which she warned me about. LOL). We were so excited to say our "I Do's" and celebrate this new chapter in our lives here at Madera Estates.

I had my wedding here on August 17th and I can’t rave enough about how amazing Madera staff is and how beautiful everything turned out, From the beginning, staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day and made our dream wedding become a reality! Our coordinator, Alexa, provided the best service and communicated with us consistently throughout the entire process! We received so many compliments from friends and family. I would recommend anyone to have their wedding here!

It's ok, typical venue. I didn't like that one wedding was in phase one another was in the ballroom in phase 2. It felt like this wedding wasn't a priority, like this day is shared with other brides.

We worked with Alexa and the staff at Madera Estates and they couldn't be more professional and enthusiastic about our couple's wedding. Not only was the venue gorgeous, but Alexa and her staff were so attentive not only to the couple but to the vendors as well. It was a very warm day and their team was constantly bringing water and making sure everyone was ok, all the while coordinating a beautiful wedding with lots of moving parts. We have been to TONS of venues and this one definitely impresses, highly recommend.

Planning a wedding from 3,000 miles away was no small feat. Outside of two quick visits to Texas, all our meetings and preparations were done remotely. Madera worked with us at every step of the journey and we couldn’t be more grateful! They were highly communicative, exceptionally helpful, and ceaselessly encouraging throughout the entire process.
The property, buildings, furnishings, and amenities at Madera Estates are undeniably beautiful and meticulously curated. The people of Madera make it so spectacular. We would not have been successful without the incredible staff at Madera who made our dream a reality. Their professionalism and capabilities are second to none. The owners immediately made a positive and lasting impression on us. Paul and Ian made us feel like family, and we’re so proud to be lifelong members of the Madera clan. We loved our wedding coordinators, even though they changed mid-stream. Our new coordinator, Alexa, worked tirelessly to ensure that our vision came to life. Her abilities were on full display the day of the wedding. She not only kept us all on the same schedule, which in and of itself is impressive, but she conducted the flow of the day, with all its myriad moving parts, seamlessly and with remarkable poise!
Though their hard work behind the scenes may have gone largely unseen, their efforts were tremendously appreciated by all, especially by my husband and me. In short, Madera Estates frequently exceeded all of our expectations. They continuously eased the hassle of planning our big day from afar. Any concerns and anxieties we had were immediately addressed and solved by the Madera team. We highly recommend them for any wedding or other big event on your horizon!

Madera Estates hosted our wedding on April 19th, and I must say, this venue is truly exceptional. The ambiance makes you feel like you're in an exotic destination, and it's perfect for hosting a wedding or any event. The staff paid incredible attention to every small detail, and when my wife and I had to reschedule our first date, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I've been to many weddings, and the experience at Madera Estates is unparalleled. Our guests have been raving about their enjoyment at the venue. The Wedding Coordinator, Alexa Pereira, was absolutely fantastic, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and attending to our every need. Ian & Paul, the owners, were also incredibly supportive throughout our journey. I wholeheartedly recommend this venue to anyone - you won't be disappointed.

Madera is truly the most beautiful wedding venue I have ever seen. But what is truly beautiful about it are the people who own it and work there. Ian, Paul, Alexa, and all the staff were simply wonderful. They strive for excellence in everything and the way they do that first and foremost is to be kind and present. Thank you Madera for making my daughter's wedding day as unforgettable as it could possibly be and in all the most spectacular ways.
