I couldn't find any employess to help me find something. The aisles were empty. When I found someone, ( I was just about ready to leave at this point). She told me where to find the item from her app on her phone. It wasn't there. I had to ask someone a customer where it was.

I recently purchased a new GE top loader washer that I ordered online. I picked up the washer from the Conroe location, but I wasn't able to install in my home until a week later. The woman that brought it out to me never mention I had 48 hrs to install and if need be, I could return before the 48hrs expired. Anyway I finally had a chance to install in my home a week after I picked up. I used it 24hrs and wanted to return for in store credit. The washer was a terrible choice and didn't clean my family's clothes. I went in the following evening after work and looked at a upgraded model and decided I purchase that one. I was in complete shock when Dustin or Justin the "appliance manager" denied my request. I explained to him I'm not trying to get a refund just a store credit so that I could apply credit to the new upgraded washer. I am veteran owned contractor who spends several thousands of dollars a year at this location. I would've thought Justin/Dustin would see from a business prospective that a store credit wasn't too big of a deal. A store credit of $600 washer and purchased a upgraded $1100 washer. The store would still be making money, not to mention a loyal customer would have been happy. I wasn't asking for much, I was just asking for a fair business exchange. Maybe Dustin/Justin doesn't understand how business should be conducted with loyal customers.

Price of item misrepresented on shelf. Store manager was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Was purchasing over 2k on this day, but after his attitude, the purchase on this day was 0$. Will not trade with Lowes again. Wish Mennards would locate to the south. Until then, it's Home Depot!

Bought a Bosch dishwasher and was told it was in stock. Before we could walk to the truck, the installer called to setup install the following week, on the day of our install appointment, they called and said SORRY ITS NOT IN STOCK. We’ll try again next week!!! BUT we could cancel the order, purchase it again, and could get a delivery the NEXT DAY!!! What a joke this place has become. Guess we’ll get through this and then head to HD from now on. It’s a shame because we used this store to pretty much build our home……….guess they don’t need the business. Customer service is dead and gone.

Justin at the Conroe store is awesome! Friendly, nice, helpful and professional! Can’t really ask for more when it comes to customer service.
