I’ve been a customer of Live Oak for about 8 years. For all of one month of those years, I would give them 5 stars. The last two visits resulted in a vast downhill turn. First I pick up about $45 dollars of cleaning and they tell me that they tore one of the shirts. No biggie, they brought it to my attention and I said just call it even with the $45 dollar I owed and call it even. They agreed and I thought all was well. Well upon further inspection the next morning, I find that the shirt I wanted to wear had what seemed like a burn mark on the collar. I sent it back along with other shirts to be cleaned and asked them to fix the spot. When picking up the shirts, they charged me for their mess up and said that they had never had that shirt in their shop before. Enough said. I will say they must be under new ownership or management. Beware.

Great cleaners, quick turnaround, on site alterations have done several uniform patches for me. Very friendly staff. I love the barcode on the clothes instead of stapling a number on them so I don’t have to worry about removing them and I know my clothes will come back to me when I pick them up even if I have to do a quick drop off and leave them in a pile.

First time I used this company to clean a cocktail dress I borrowed from a friend. They did a very nice job and hung the dress (which is usually very awkward to hang) securely and in a way that it will hang in the closet well without getting folded or wrinkled. Will use them again.

I used to use dry cleaning every week, however since the pandemic I have been working from home so unfortunately I don't need them as much. As for the way you clothes come back to you is amazing. They do exactly what you are wanting every time. The staff is always friendly, and your clothes are done quickly.

Laundered shirts and dry clean sport jacket. Nicely done. Sport coat was hung on broad shoulder hanger and sleeves packed with paper to hold shape.
