Jared is super knowledgeable and patient! I came in for charcoal and he recommended me several options and had a super sweet personality! Will definitely be back in the future(:1/10/24Phoebe and Clayton were SO INFORMATIVE and welcoming!! Love this shop so much! Not only were they super patient while I picked out my product but they also made this experience ENJOYABLE!

Please open ON TIME! People do have things to do besides wait till whoever gets here??♀️to unlock the store. Bad for businessWas not aware of car issues, since I've NEVER had a problem with the shop I'll bump up the review ❤️

They have the least expensive kratom in town. And if you're someone that needs it for medical reasons that's a good thing. Personally I have 7 herniated discs in my spine and I use it rather than Hydrocodone which I took for about 14 years. I find that green mandga has the highest amount of alkaloids in is the best for pain management and even gives you lots of energy. Personally I can sleep on it despite the energy boost.The one complaint I do have is that they close at 9:55 and their sign says they close at 10:00. I don't understand sacrificing customers and turning people away 5 minutes before 10:00 p.m.. if I was the owner I would just insist that they stay 5 minutes more. It makes absolutely no sense to me. I showed up there after about a 30 minute drive from Montgomery and the girl working there told me I'm sorry we're closed it was 1056 and I said the sign says 10:00 p.m. and she said we always close 5 minutes before 10:00. That's a pretty bad policy especially when your sign says open until 10:00 and it's definitely bad customer service. There was another guy right behind me so they missed two sales over staying open an extra 3 or 4 minutes. And 10:00 p.m. is pretty early to close a smoke shop anyway. I bet they lose tons of sales because of that? I mean there's at least a half a dozen smoke shops on FM 105 and once someone goes somewhere else they may not come back. Small businesses rely on repeat business for 85% of their income after all.

This store is right next to my house but of the 4 times I’ve tried to go there, there’s been a sign in the window saying they’ll be back soon. Both times well within their business hours. I’ve given up.
