Very very rude.I called 5/29 at 2:45 to ask if they have time to look at my car so I do not waste a trip and the man who answered the phone (said his name was carter) I briefly told him what’s was wrong with my car and he was extremely rude and unprofessional! Spoke with an attitude and like he was doing me a favor by speaking to me. I told him he was speaking very disrespectfully and that the way he is speaking come across very rude and condescending- as a word of advice. He then proceeded to hang up in my face. I called back and asked for his name and to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager but wouldn’t tell me his name. I continued to ask him for his name and he finally gave me the name carter. He yelled at me over the phone and told me he gets to pick and choose his business basically saying he doesn’t need my business and that’s fine- I told him from the first conversation I would just go somewhere else. The problem wasn’t him not providing the service the problem is the way he spoke to me and hung up on my face and proceeded to tell me not to talk to his manager because he didn’t want to get fired. His story makes no sense. Shameful behavior from a grown man!

Very good experience, I definitely recommend calling before showing up bc he may not have the parts. But despite showing up unannounced, he was still kind and helped me out. But I was there for only a moment and was gone quickly.

I wish I could give more than five stars to this establishment. San, the owner, took excellent care of me! As the owner of a high mileage vehicle with zero car knowledge, it's easy for repair shops to take advantage and utilize scare tactics to pressure me into purchasing unnecessary repairs. San was honest about my immediate needs and gave me a list of what would eventually need to be done. He did more work and charged a lot less than numerous shops in the area quoted me. On top of that, he had my vehicle in and out on the same day and stayed past closing to ensure it was done.If you're reading this and debating where to take your vehicle, stop debating and take your car to Lake Conroe Automotive Repair. You will get an honest assessment and repairs that you can trust, all at an extremely fair price and veteran-friendly.Thank you for taking care of me, San. I greatly appreciate your honesty, integrity, and heart for veterans. Me and my family now have a trustworthy repair shop to take our vehicles and you can't put a price on piece of mind.

We have had some bad luck with vehicles this year. Yesterday it was Trisha's turn while waiting in the car rider line to pickup Harper the AC starts blowing only hot air. With it being 102 out yesterday afternoon all three walked into the house a little flushed. Contacted San Cheng with Lake Conroe Automotive L.L.C. Was able to drop it off first thing this morning, replaced the compressor and fixed by the end of the day. They went above and beyond detailing the inside and outside of the vehicle. Think local, shop local, support local and you won't be disappointed. The only thing better would had been if Taste The Asian Mobile Food Trailer was still open in the same parking lot. Love me some mama noodles and pork belly sliders.

Took my dad’s Equinox to have the A/C checked out, had the compressor replaced and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! Great Prices and Great People, Thank You to San and Stephanie!!

Was recommended by a friend to take car there my mother needed work done. Very short with us on arrival and had to go. Left car there and waited for call. Never called. Had to call the next day and he couldnt even work on it. Went to pick it up and a woman had to lower the rack and bring car out. Guy acted like he wanted nothing to do with us. Very rude, i do not recommend.

Amazing business all together. Helpful and informative in every way possible when it comes to vehicles. Great prices for quality work. He also has a food truck on property that's family owned and operated definitely must eat there. I highly recommend San's businesses.

Came here the other day because my car was acting up. San was quick to diagnose the problem and fix it at a fair price. It's hard to find trustworthy mechanics nowadays and since meeting San I will not take my car anywhere else. Excellent customer service and he explained everything in a way I could understand. There's even food trucks here and they taste great! Also if that somehow wasn't enough, he even has a PS4 and Super Nintendo inside to kill time while you wait.Don't even bother going to another auto shop, this is the best one around!
