Please listen to the reviews this location is worst I’ve ever been to horrible customer service specially the ladies on the food service they’re always with an attitude and they don’t give you want you want like if you’re not paying for your food I have to really tell them twice of what I want cus they just so ignorant i believe asi como son con los customers si no les gusta trabajar then quit

I am from the Rio Grande Valley and grew up around the hispanic culture and culinary delights. But in the valley my hispanic friends are like members of my family and we would do anything for one another. From the moment you walk into Michoacana the staff make you feel unwelcome, often staring at you as you walk thru the store. Then finally ringing you up, without a look or comment at all, if you are not paying attention you wouldn’t even know the rude lady was done ringing you up. Good luck Michoacana, i will NOT be back in for you to be rude to me anymore, and neither will anybody else i know.

Growing up in Houston, La Michoacana was where I would go to get meat. I went to this location and purchased marinated fajitas and chorizo. Both products were rancid and had to thrown away.

Fake prices on breakfast
In six month three times I came for 7$ breakfast announced on newspaper
AND NOW THE WORKER HAVE THE INTRUCTION ONLY WEEKDAYS.
FOR 6 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN HAVING THE BREAKFAST PLATE FOR 7.99 NOW THEY SAY IT IS ONLY FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY AND THE FULL PRICE IS 10.99

Very bad customer service, the kitchen lady looked at me and continued mopping the floor. I didn't ask her name but she is the oldest of all who were there today, 7/18. She didn't serve me until the bell rang and in very bad taste. TRUE. And he only gave me an order of chicken broth. And I paid for two and I told him and showed him my receipt and he prepared it for me reluctantly and I threw in pure chicken bones.

Do not buy barbacoa from here , I bought it here before and it was good but now they put something in it now "red stuff " which was not good at all waste of money, didn't find out till we got home which is 25 minutes away to far to go back . Last time I will get barbacoa from here.

I always come to this store at lunch time and it's always the same person from La Cosina who has terrible service, I don't know what his name is but he always has red lipstick on. On one occasion I went to complain to a “manager” but it seemed to be of no use. He always serves us with a bad attitude, and never serves us well. What's the point of complaining if they don't improve their service?

Terrible costumer service, is the second time I get spoiled products. This time people at the meat counter didn’t even looked at it before giving it to me, I had to return weird looking ham with ugly smell and I told them to check the expiration date, they removed it immediately, and while I was waiting the lady told me “Que no ya te habían atendido?” The register people is never there, and won’t speak to you, they expect you to look at the screen and pay without a single word. Not coming back

Marliny has the worst demeanor I've ever seen in my life. She got extremely mad at clients who were walking over an area she had moped and didn't try any bit to hide it. It was nightmare scary.
