Horrible service provided by the cashier... rude, lack of training, and even putting them in cashier they are the face of the store. What a terrible experience.
Horrible service on the part of the camera IBENIA VERY RUDE... they should have to interview their cameras, they are the face of the store, it is the first thing you see when you enter the store and it is the last thing you see when you leave..

Im a Hispanic with a black boyfriend and they acted like they’ve never seen one before after feeling judged in the store I asked the lady with tattoo looking eyes brows if there was tap to pay and she proceeded to say very rudely “ ahí está no ves” (“it’s there ,can’t you see “ ). I’m extremely disappointed in this. Don’t come here if u want to feel judged

If you don’t have a lot of time and have guests and are looking for natural fajita, that is ready for grilling to make tacos. *Forget it, this is not the place*.
What you will get is a thick cut of fajita meat with lots of fat and membrane in it. You will have to trim, cut thinner slices, and tenderize it yourself.
Other carnicerias I’ve been too, all that is already taken care of for you. To just slap it on the grill.
Never again.

If I could rate this a negative 10 I would. This establishment doesn’t even deserve one star. They need to fire all the employees working there and start fresh with new trained staff. The people there have horrible customer service, you ask for help and they will say “I don’t know” or look at you like you just inconvenienced them. Tonight was the last straw, we had to run in super quick to get a few ingredients we needed for the week and they were already locking people in at 8:50! Doesn’t the website say they close at 10? And the amount of eyes just following you around the store! And some employees very loudly said “didn’t they already lock the doors?”. We were there no more than 5 minutes but that really made me never come back. I wish the store owners could truly read these reviews so they know how bad these “employees” are running their business to the ground.

I asked the manager if they had any more green bananas he said he would go and check. Then another worker comes out with a basket filled with them and gave them all to 1 customer. Mind you me and the other customer were there at the same time. Way to treat your customers. I proceeded to tell the manager and he just stayed quiet. Oh I’m sorry did the cat eat your tongue. What a family own business right. Will never recommend them to anyone ever again.

This place is not a place for business for customers.. I went out there this afternoon to grab some lunch, and the food was full of flies. I told one of the ladies there or cooks about it ..and all she said , “ oh it’s fine!” Wow!! Really!! Nasty cooks!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! simply disgusting!!! I will call the HEALTH DEPARTMENT ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! Oh and I didn’t buy any food from this place either!!!??

I went to buy some things and when I paid the cashier spent a lot of time talking to another of the workers there while she checked my things, completely ignoring me when I finished paying I took the bags that I saw and she continued talking to the girl I said goodbye and she didn't even He didn't even answer. I forgot a bag when I left and when I came back for it he told me he didn't have it. He also said that they were not responsible for what was forgotten in the store and that if I forgot it, they could not replace it with an attitude that they did not care. I know it was my mistake but the customer comes first.

I hate Hispanic stores that take advantage of Hispanics' money and are of terrible quality. This store is a clear example of that. I spent almost $11 on the worst lunch I've had in years. Unfortunately, it didn't occur to me to take a photo until After I was finishing it with the anger that I consumed and that food consumed me, because it is not even food: a few grams of rice, about 4 small pieces of ribs in green sauce, a decrepit chicken leg and some vegetables that are almost colored brown, everything very expensive, overrated store and yes, I consumed it out of pleasure, if not due to lack of time and need to eat something before continuing with my work... that chain is pure mafia, because quality NOTHING

Prices are not anything special. Customer service is terrible here. It's a quick stop out of convenience that I stopped here but never again. These ladies have terrible people skills. Didn't smile or ask me about my day. I attempted to make conversation in the language they were using and didn't reply. The girl then had the audacity to attend the next person before I could put my card in my back pocket or load my groceries in my cart since evidently they don't do that either.

Only on January 17, 2024, the cashier did not want to sell me some things because I was open on the phone and I politely told her that it was my problem that she complied with charging but I did not bother her to answer her and she told me that she was not going to charge me and I got kicked out of the store and I asked to talk to the manager and it got even worse. She didn't solve the problem and she told me that it was worth losing customers and I told her that you're sorry but the owners don't and she said so many ugly things to me, that cashier and the manager are of no use. not at all.
