I can't recommend Kustom Werx enough. My insurance agency recently put me and Kustom Werx through the runner, but the guys at KW handled it with exceptional patience, persistence and knowledge. They took great care of the car and of me, and I'm super grateful! I also got some good time in with everyone's favorite employee, Hank, and nothing beats that :)

Had a bad experience using Kustom Werx. We could have chosen any collision shop for the repair but we decided on Kustom Werx bc they are close to home, family/neighborhood business - wanted to give them a shot at the work. They kept our son's car for 6 weeks. The only repair needed was the rear side panel (someone backed into it). They claimed the part took a long time to ship - if so - would have been nice to have kept the car until part came in?? Really bad at communication - not very friendly at all. Felt that they did not tell the truth about the status of the car bc 2 different people told us 2 different status and then when we thought the car would take at least another week - they call and its done! Wow - was pleasantly surprised but someone definitely was not being honest with the status of the repair. And then we had to take the car back bc they forgot to plug the rear tail light back in - so son was driving around with no tail light. Overall disappointed and will not use them again. If they would have been more friendly and offering apologies - might would use them in the future - but just felt like they didn't really need our business.

The BEST body shop I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They really do stand behind their quality. I recently had an issue fixed by another large dealership body shop which then resulted in a new issue. The quote I got from the dealership to fix the secondary issue was much more than expected. I took my car to Kustom Werx for a 2nd opinion. Their quote was SIGNIFICANTLY better for the same fix. Thank you guys so much for everything!!! 2013 Chev Tahoe. I needed the hood and roof repainted due to sun damage. Jeff did a sight on scene quote which was below some fancy place using photos and computer program. I travel 2-3 weeks a month. He had absolutely no problem storing my car until I was back state side and able to pick it up. In addition, I decided to tint the driver/pax side windows. I was quoted a completely fair price. He uses a outsourced trusted tinting company. I just picked up my Tahoe 21 days after I dropped it off. (BTW, they would have done it in 3 days.) The paint job is so good I wish I had the entire car painted. And the tinting job...AAA!
