Nathan and Alex, who were at the self check out at 10:45 p.m., suck. I waited for 5 minutes for someone to come over and fix the self check out register because it wouldn’t let me proceed with the transaction. When I finally walked over to them to ask about it, Alex said “We’ll be there in a minute” very rudely. I waited another 3 minutes while they spoke before Alex finally came over and fixed the register, without saying a single word to me. She could have at least apologized for the crazy wait. Also, while Alex was fixing whatever problem she was attempting to handle, Nathan should have been fixing the issue with my register and the other customer that was also having an issue. Nathan was dressed like a manager but did not act like one, so I’m not sure what his position is. Regardless, I’m going to HEB next time like I should have in the first place.

Horrible service here. There is only self checkout open on a holiday weekend and we have a full cart of groceries. No manager will come up front or answer the phone. Asked the cashier and he said he has no one to help him. Do not advertise bring open until 12 and have no cashiers.

Staff are lazy, didn’t want to do their jobs, tried to tell me my insurance didn’t cover a script… but it was covered, they were just out of stock after they had told me it would be ready in 15 minutes, and then told me once I waited, that they didn’t have it in stock. They have no customer service skills at all. I will not be returning.

They had everything I needed. Check out was friendly and fast. Prices on somethings are a little higher than HEB.

Id like to start by saying I love this Kroger, I go here often and will continue too.
I was just hung up on by the pharmacist mid sentence. It was intentional, I asked if she could figure out why my prescription for a basic nausea medication wasn’t filled, she was annoyed and hung up on me
Her exact words before hanging up were “uh huh”
I’m in customer service and this was extremely unprofessional
Please consider reviewing your pharmacy. I’ll will absolutely change the review to 5 stars if anyone responds to this review.
I went ahead and figured it out myself since customer service seems to be going extinct in the pharmaceutical department. I only say this because I came pretty early and could have been informed. I called back and still got a very interesting tone.. I didn’t get my prescription information. How was this my fault
It’s ok I still like the grocery part of the store

I bought fruits there and inside got spoiled fruits many times. Staffs are not helpful.
They should make this branches same like Kroger Montgomery at Lake Conroe TX.
Not much selection for food, seafood, etc

Don't order for delivery if you actually want your groceries. They constantly reschedule and then don't inform you that they rescheduled the delivery so you're sitting at home expecting them to actually do what they said they would and next thing you know it's 10pm and no groceries. You had to go order food for your kids cause Kroger's doesn't seem to give a damn about customers.
