I have been in here for maybe an hour early today.
Came back at 4:45 to get a hoodie and Absolutely No One has spoken to me at all. It's exactly 10 after 5pm.

I tried a different khols hoping to find better store…. But no didnt happen. Sadly, there is a reason why this company is in major trouble and facing massive closures. Oh and dont believe all the 15% off coupons, and cash back nonsense. Only for select brands that no one wants to buy to begin with. Store disorganized, cashiers lost and or under trained and of course poor store leadership. Want to find out why company is in trouble… start with your leadership!

I give a 5star because of the manager Amy at the woodlands texas store. She has been so helpful to my children and that's why decided to actually open an account with them. Amy will help and is so knowledgeable....my Son is 7 feet and it's difficult to find clothes. She always let us know when they get new items. Thank you Amy

In my experience you will always get the Kohl's cash rewards coupon when’s you hit the limit, but last night I went there spend $204, all my purchases are not clearance, the cashier keep asking me to apply a Kohl’s credit card, I already told her I don’t need it, but she keep asking me are you sure? I got ask all the times… if I want one I would already have it!
So she didn’t give me any cash rewards coupon, not really sure how it works their program, but it does seems less interested for me now.

Review for the store cleanliness and bathroom. Came here to return Amazon stuff, then walked around. I haven’t been in Kohl’s forever.
Bathroom is clean and nice. Store is organized. Some kids clothes are on sale and such a good deal. Good job Kohl’s.

Two Kohls associates promised 40% off my purchase — which was over $400 — if I applied and was approved for a Kohls credit card. Yet though my application was approved immediately, the discount amounted to only about 10%. The clerks then explained that certain items — like Levis jeans — were ineligible for a discount. This sort of bait-and-switch leaves customers like me frustrated and aggravated. Kohls should know better.
