Be a little less self serve - always expecting me to suffer their network of confusing on-hold spaces, always hanging up on me after 30 minutes of holding. It's not easy to deal with. Where? They expect you to understand which campus and if you don't, it's your problem. Fortunately, the free transportation might. Then, if you're lucky, they explain when you need to arrive, which is often hours earlier. Also, it would help to know how long it may last. This factor has cost many cancelations, when imaging advises after my schedule is booked and unable to accommodate the 4+ hour imaging
