My husband and I purchased 2 Nissan Titan Pro 4x in May from this dealership. I starting having some hip problems so I contacted them to regarding a trade in. I had enough equity and so I went back and traded the truck in for a Rogue. Things went ok on the purchase until it came time to fill out the survey. They apparently sent the survey to my husbands email and we never received it. The sales person and Missy who is responsible for sending out the surveys kept calling, texting and basically harassing me to fill something out that I never recevied but they didn't want me to tell the truth they wanted me to answer with all perfect 10's so they could get their bonus. missy finally sent me the survey again after telling me she couldn't and ask me to meet her at the dealer ship on Saturday morning and they would detail my car for all the trouble. I agreed, in the meantime I filled out the survey and sent it in because I answered the question about being introduced to service as a no instead of a yes she told me the detail was no longer being honored. This dealership is an hour one way from my home. i ask to speak yo the general manager and she told me he wasn't there and did not work on Saturdays. I called after leaving the store and they put me through to the GM. This dealership is filled with lies and deception. Take your business anywhere elsewhere. Very displeased customer

Unprofessional dealership:Price for a Used Nissan Rogue was $17,551 online, $46 above the high end value on Kelley Blue Book. Not a big deal, really. But then we got inside and they started trying to hustle us for another $499 above that. We were gonna buy the vehicle, but not if it meant letting ourselves get taken advantage of like that.

ZERO STARS! Bought a 2012 jeep wrangler with 76k on 08/12/2022. Blew head gasket at 81k on 07/21/203. They told me I had everything cover when I bought it. Turns out I don't and they told me that sucks.Tried to talk to my finance officer and they told me "Fortunately, unfortunately he no longer works here".They blocked me on their social media accounts and took down my reviews.

My car-buying experience with Jerome, at Keating Nissan in Conroe was refreshingly simple and efficient, and I hate car shopping. Their team handled every intricate detail of the paperwork, only reaching out once it was finalized and ready. They then took the additional step of delivering both the car and the completed paperwork directly to my office for me to sign. Their level of customer service and highly convenient approach to car shopping has undoubtedly won my loyalty and future business.Randy Thomas

My car was having some warranty work. I took it back to the dealership where I purchased it from (not Keating Nissan) and they were unable to decipher the code and identify the issue with my car, so they sent it to Keating Nissan.I had never had any experience with Keating, but it has been one of the most positive experiences I've had with the Service Department in a Dealership ever.Chris was my service advisor and he's prompt, helpful, and informative and he fought with the warranty company to get the RIGHT repairs done on my car.Oh, and did I tell you that I was quote it might be done by the following Saturday or Monday, but I got a call on Wednesday morning notifying me it's already done? 3-4 business days EARLY! I am thrilled!The other dealership (who I bought the car from) had my car for days (like 5 days) without even identifying the issue and Keating diagnosed it, battled the warranty company and fixed it all within less than a week.If I need a new Nissan or a used car, I'm looking at Keating first.Thank you!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience getting our first co-owned vehicle together! I really do not understand why people have given this dealership negative reviews, we couldn't be happier. The consultant that helped us, Eddie, was very sweet and knowledgeable and really worked with my husband and I and fought to get us a deal that we were satisfied with and helped us trade in my husband's Elantra for a good value when other dealerships wouldn't! I definitely recommend this Nissan dealership and Eddie to anyone, you will NOT be disappointed!!

I walked into this dealership after speaking to a dealer representative that they could beat a written offer from a competitor . I walked in located the car , ready to make the deal happen , it took 4 hours from that point to get into the finance office . Once in the finance office I was not asked just expected to pay for 8000$ worth of extended warranty and gap . After that was talked about I was signing the last two pages of the paperwork and noticed that my 2K dealer discount that was promised was removed without anyone saying a word . The paperwork was then reverted and the discount was given after the answer of that being dependent on finance terms and company . Unhappy with the back and fourth and being upfront about numbers until in the financial office . It was a long day . In the end my wife got the car she wanted and I can hopefully put the dealer experience behind me for a long time.

Went in to buy a used car. Was told we would be charged an additional $500 for a "Lo-Jack feature". When I asked if that was a dealer add-on or if it was installed by the manufacturer, I could not get a straight answer. I tied asking a different way. I asked if it arrived to the dealership installed or was it installed at the dealership. He kept saying "it comes with all our vehicles, let's just put it that way". When we balked at paying for something we did not want, we were told it wasn't optional and we had to pay for it. The customer in the next cubicle was having the same argument. Dealer lost 2 deals in the span of 10 minutes today over $500. They don't deserve your money. Go somewhere else where they shoot you straight.

Salesperson was great and decided to buy the new Rogue. We went back and forth on price numerous times.. manager comes in and I tell her what I want for the deal. She leave and comes back and agrees. I go to the financing guy and sign papers. Tell him I'm worried about getting ripped off when buying cars. He assures me all good. Puts everything on a jump drive so I go home to look everything over. They shorted me 2k off my trade in. I have to say they suck people in with their low prices but you end up spending more in the end. Not worth it... go to another dealership. It will save you money in the end. Im kicking myself for not taking the reviews seriously!

bought a 2020 Jeep renegade, paid the full price. after we got home, we realized that there's no manual, spare key, nor the spare tire. called them many times, went over to the dealership, got a hold of the manager, he said no second key, no manual and there's no spare tire on the Jeep, just the kit that includes pimp which was stolen from the car. he basically sent me to the Jeep dealership cross the road. I went to the Jeep dealership and found out that the 2nd key costs $300, the pump for the spare tire costs $118 and manual another $80. very unfriendly, they just want to sell cars, that's their goal. no customer service whatsoever. you're on your own. would not recommend to anyone.

Leaving a very short review to get straight to the point, if you nervous and don't want to play any games, Zach at Keating is your guy. very sweet and honest. after my terrible experience with Nissan Tom Peacock Zach was able to turn it around with his calming energy and his actual desire to help his customers. helped me get a great deal on a new Nissan Altima.
