Jeff’s Jewelry is THE jewelry store to go to. It’s not only their knowledge and expertise, but their understanding and commitment to the sentimental aspect that jewelry has for a person. It’s this combination that makes them the best in their field. Having damaged my engagement ring, they were able to repurpose the diamond into stunning earrings and then find a new stone for the engagement ring. Even with the ring having to be completely remade, they were able to get it back to me by a very special date- the same day my husband had proposed to me 17 years earlier. It’s absolutely perfect because they made sure that it looks exactly the same as my original ring. I couldn’t tell them enough just how much that meant to me. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. Wow, is all I can say about this fantastic store! The jewelers are very knowledgeable and accommodating. The store is beautiful and the selection is great. I have been lucky enough to get several pieces from them and I can tell you the quality and beauty can’t be beat. My husband gave me this beautiful wedding ring upgrade on our 25th anniversary this past summer.

I was emotional dropping this ring off because I have NEVER taken it off but had an accident and it was damaged pretty badly. It was hard to leave but when I showed up to get it, it was emotions all over again because it looks like the day I got it, absolutely BEAUTIFUL and SPARKLY! This business has superb service. I did not buy jewelry from them but rather took an expensive watch in for a wrist band repair that I didn't trust Zales with shipping the watch across the country for. Not only did they repair the band which required a new pin being made at a fair price, they also cleaned the watch up at no extra charge. It's never looked so shiney since it first came out of the box. The repair was also durable as I tested it. I'm not in the market for new jewelry but if I were I'd be willing to check them out based on this experience!

The owner at Jeff’s Jewelry in Conroe helped me pick a beautiful diamond from their store to put on my 20 year old wedding band. He helped me to select the setting that would enhance that stone and it turned out magnificent! The turnaround time was so fast as well and I am beyond thrilled with the result. His pricing was fair and he gave me a good deal to set the stone and polish up my band. I love that we have a great family owned jewelry store here in Conroe that has beautiful items and does great work! Thank you Jeff!

I was referred by a friend of Jeff's to repair a custom David Yurman wedding band. The service was ok and ring appears to be well cared for. Staff seemed a bit standoffish. I requested to speak with Jeff to express my appreciation and was denied. Maybe it's just me, but if you're getting a new customer by referral then it would be proper to meet them. Pleased with his work but disappointed.

Let me fair and say that we popped in during the holiday frinze cause we needed a little help, needed a box as we were passing down a ring to my daughter that was her Grandmother's as a Christmas gift and offered to purchase a nice box. We did in fact purchase a box that ..,..well..wasn't very nice.Requested a jeweler check the settings.(not diamonds)And clean the ring. Prepared to pay of course. They went to the back....returned immediately and said they'd cleaned it....no charge, handed my wife the ring and myself the receipt for my box purchase. I know we weren't there at that time to make big purchases....not that day.

If you are looking for someone to take time with you and truly listen to what you want when designing a piece of jewelry look no further than JEFF’S!!!! From beginning to the very end I was truly impressed. Jeff was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful.
