I want to say how much I enjoy coming up to this JCP to have my hair done. I have a stylist here named Luz, and she's wonderful. I have to drive quite a way. She used to work out of the store at The Woodlands mall, but was transferred to Conroe. I couldn't give her up so I drive up there. She listens, and she makes sure I get the haircut I want. She will offer suggestions from time to time, and I always listen to her because I get a lot of compliments on my hair, so I know she's doing it right. And, she has personality plus... so nice and easy to be around....absolutely top notch.... I've been going to her for several years, now.

Luz Alvarado is the BEST hair colorist and stylist EVER! I've had short hair, long hair medium length and she always gives me the cut I'm looking for not to mention AMAZING color! Do not get your haircut at the Conroe location. Megan does not know how to cut hair, I asked for my hair to be cut up to my shoulders, even showed her a picture of my previous cuts. Now my hair is up to the back of my upper neck, I HATE MY HAIRCUT, still having a hard time getting adjusted to the short short cut. It's like she did not know what she was doing. I WILL NOT be going back to this place.
