I ended up going back and being serviced by the same nail tech. She of course did a good job and she was very polite . It was a good experience.

I love going to get dolled up at Ivy Nails. Everyone in the place has a great attitude. I live an hour away so when I am down for my hair appointment it's a must that I stop by. Must of the time it's late and 20 minutes to closing but do they complain or tell me that they can't see me like other nail salons. NO! They get me in! And these feet can get horrible at times. They don't do all that chi Chong (talking about them) they just go to work. Makes me want to tip big! I took my daughter and niece they did just what I asked very short child like. I give them 5+?. I recommend you check them out. Oh yeah! Lash lady do an amazing job!

The service was great! My French tie set was the exact shape I wanted, but they're still really cute, so no complaints. My nails are the bomb!! I even purchased nail oil for my cuticles which smells really good. My overall experience is a HARD #10

Pat stop begging people to do a review the truth is in my review no matter how many people you get to do a good review.
I have been waiting for a month before I did a Google review and I am so glad that I waited…..
I definitely see why the customers left BAD reviews! and I see why!
I actually should’ve read all the reviews before I even came to this place because they are all 1stars if I could give them 0 stars I Could because you’re Customer Service is horrible.

Your attitude is a disgrace for being in any business walking around with an attitude every time I’ve been there never smiling, And always have a attitude. Well, guess what my energy meet your energy and it will never meet again !
and always have the nerve to say everybody wants her they are lying Steaight to your face.

And you (Pat) should be addressing people when they come in by their name not just saying go to the back!
and before you go to the back where they are, you need to wash your hands thoroughly that is unsanitized to go from one person to the other. Without washing your hands you just touch someone else’s hands.
and the last time I came your hands smell like smoke?
And the little man that answers the phone. He’s a little joke disrespectful and unprofessional as well.
I think that they think that they’re the only nail shop in the Conroe but I hate to beg the differ. There’s so many more professional places to spend your money at. Don’t waste your money their.
Learn professionalism!

I went in to get my lashes done,they were very nice,and welcoming,even massaged my shoulders to losing up from laying down,I live fours hours away,will definitely give them my business again.

I only recommend this place , I’m allergic to acrylic nails and fee the owner started helping me grow my nails out using a dip and look how beautiful she takes care of me , the staff here will treat you like family and are very attentive to your needs ❤️ Mandy is the best at pedicures ? if I could give more stars I would , the whole vibe is relaxing and everyone is so kind .phat does an amazing job as well , you won’t be disappointed with the services you will leave feeling pretty and happy ?

I went into this location a few months ago to get my nails done while I was visiting family and enjoyed the service so much so that I came back to get my nails done again when I came back to Texas.
The first time I came, I had a pedicure done by Van and dip nails with chrome powder done by Vy. Van is a sweet, wonderful lady who always makes sure that I'm comfortable and she works very efficiently and thorough. Vy did an amazing job with my nails. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a photo of them, but I remember the experience to be so quick and easy. I have very sensitive nail beds, so I only get my nails done for special events, and Vy was so gentle while working with my hands.
The second time I came I had a pedicure done by Van again, and gel x done by Fiona. Again, I had a great experience with Van and Fiona was also amazing. Fiona was very attentive to detail and was open to any feedback I had. The nails she did for me lasted so much longer than any other gel x nails I've gotten done at other salons in California.
Overall, the salon is very clean and I had a very good experience with the workers and hope to be able to come back again soon.
