Management was helpful, responsive, and personable. I called many locations and even though this one is a bit more of a drive, I still feel it's worth it. Management answered all questions and even sent me a clear map with instructions to make my move in easier. During my stay there was an issue with billing but they worked with me to get it resolved. Please stay awesome!

Janelle is always so helpful and a delight to talk with when I see her. She does a great job taking care of this place, I see her making her rounds, assisting customers, and with such a good attitude every time!
I have been storing my things here for 2 years or maybe even 3 now, and I've not had any issues that caused me to leave, so 5 stars from me.

10x20 unit is good except online description said there was good lighting, but the size I got had no lighting .

Janelle was very helpful made my moving not stressful at all. I actually went to a different storage unit and canceled my storage over there to come to here so I would recommend whoever wants to store their stuff and that’s moving to go with this facility thank you.
