Absolutely garbage. They made me pay $1000 in fees to just sell my home. Money to release my statement and then not one but to separate transfer fees. Ridiculous

Written request sent in by email on 6/1/23, picture below is present day 9/22/23. Still has not received any attention by the HOA or maintenance crews.

Parking rules are different For everyone except for my renters. There are 5 cars that have inspection that are expired along with a motor cycle that is against the present rules.
