1 out of 4 employees spoke English. I tried to communicate w multiple employees; 3 out of 4 did not attempt to speak to me or answer questions. They pointed or shook their heads when I asked “Can you help me load the bags of soil?” I would rather pay higher prices at a nursery than return to this store. Very frustrating experience.

Well 50% off on scruffy and poorly marked & catalogued plants is no deal. Help not helpful no ‘hable’ & neither of my selections was 1/2. Waste of my time

Their collection is ok but they practice false advertising. Their billboard clearly shows all shrubs trees half off but when I went to checkout, I paid regular price on all the shrubs I bought. They just directed me to a separate advert posted at checkout which showed only selective shrubs were half off.

Most of the plants look not in a good shape, yellow. It looked like they also tried to scam me; they wanted me to sign TWO merchant copies because one was supposedly wrinkled but it put it aside and wanted to keep both of them. No way I sign two receipts.

Staff did not as much as acknowledge that we were there. Went in at 7pm there were no other customers i the store. Walked around, purchased several items , checked out. The two ladies that were working never as much as made eye contact with us.

I came in, asking for a job, and the lady wouldn't help me because I didn't speak Spanish and she didn't speak English. I could have used Google translate, on my phone, but she completely turned me down.
Good luck on ur business, the reviews look like y'all need it.

I bought 14 trees from this place and the trees are amazing! I got Magnolias and Live Oak Trees and the prices were the lowest out of all the other places, I compared them all. Just be advised, if you’re going to buy from here, it’s a do-it-yourself thing. The employees here help you load up the trees but they do not know much about anything else. Don’t expect to be guided on everything here but definitely expect the best prices. Do your research on what trees to get and what fertilizer etc to get.
The staff were great helping us load all the trees and the prices are insanely good! We got 50% off and the trees look amazing at our home!

I love coming here, large selection and friendly employees. A lot of the employees speak English but some speak Spanish. If you don't speak Spanish, try Google translate, it's pretty easy to use. Plus nobody can beat their prices.

So many jobs require that you are bilingual. So when someone who only speaks English is eliminated from a job because they do not speak hispanic, so shouldn’t this work both ways? When needing assistance about a plant and/or checking out no one speaks English and can not assist you.
Poor experience…witnessed another customer making an inquiry and could not be helped and left throwing his hands up in the air in frustration.
I guess I will take my business elsewhere.

The manager is so rude every time we try to ask him a question! Today we stopped in there and my husband (who is in a wheelchair) and I wanted to get a few plants! When we pulled in to park the handicap parking stops were full of carts! I seen the manager inside the store and I stated your handicap parking is full of carts and his reply was yep! I told him I will turn it in for ADA and he said ok with a smile on his face! Never again will I step foot in this store where the higher ups condemn this kind of rudeness to customers!

only non-English speaking staff, 2 females talking spanish to each other at register. No English speaking staff there to help me so I left empty.
Terrible experience for American shopper in Woodlands area.
