Came here with my mom to try out the Sauna workout! Love how you can adjust the temperature to your liking and the booths give good privacy for shy people like me haha! David the manager was super sweet and informative as well as the other girls. Great place especially if you are just getting into working out. Lots of step by step instructional videos!

David greeted me at the door, felt like with open arms, super friendly and kind. Was able to get me signed up and ready to work out the next day and when he sees me walk in he says hello and remembers my name. Amazing customer service experience. Feels like going to my best friends gym. Fun and comfortable. Yes, this is my spot!
