Pissed off customer. Called them and told them we have a warranty generator we were bringing back. We were told they had 5 of 4375 generators. They didn't hold or put my name on one. It's a warranty exchange. Need to do better with your customers. Will not go back to that store. They get a -10

Just bought a chainsaw yesterday, did not work, made me loose time on my job and had to go buy another one name brand well know, plus waste time in return and they charge me a stocking fee of $32.00 they should paid me for all wasting my time, but most of time good service

Love this place! Get a lot of my tools here. Never had a problem with replacement if for some reason they break. Very good customer service at this location. Keep up the good work!

It's Harbor Freight, I'm not expecting to hand it down to my kids. If it breaks after I used it, not a huge loss. Just don't let the floor jack fail

I’m not sure I see the point of this store. It’s expensive and you can find what you need at the bigger places or even Amazon. The people who work there are typically very friendly and offer good ideas. So… maybe just go in there for conversation.
