Stores are generally very clean. Store personnel are friendly and very helpful. Prices are pretty good. Their Store brands are as good as Name brands.

Hands down they are awesome. I got a cake made for my wife's birthday and not only was it beautiful it was good. I was impressed. Actually I won't get a celebration cake from any other place but this one.

This HEB is complete trash all of the strawberries had mold on them. The produce section is awful moldy fruit sitting there. Let store know and they don't care. I will avoid this HEB.

Now let me just start by saying I'm a typical male with that out of the way I fudged up and forgot to get my spouse something amazing for our anniversary. I came by the floral department and this amazing young lady named was kelsey helped me get everything I needed and put together and out the door within minutes. She understood the assignment when she was putting together my flowers. Hands-down I would recommend this floral department to anybody go see kelsey she will make sure you sleep in your own bed tonight and not in the dog house!

I do Home Delivery due to being a Senior. I have been promised refunds on items from an order on 3/28/22 and 4/14/22 which I have never received. Customer Service promises to send you these refunds and then never does. HEB does not care about their Customers at all. HEB puts a spot where you can make notes but they DO NOT read the notes. Then have brought me items that have gone out of date the same day they delivered my order. I probably spend at least $400 to $500 a month at HEB and they treat their Customers horrible. I stay out of the store due to my age and COVID but they send this one particular man to my home who walks right up to your door without a mask on. I might as well just go into the store because there is no safety in HEB's Home Delivery.

I love my H-E-B and will shop nowhere else. It's supply chain shortage time, but you always see staff stocking what they DO have. Cashiers are always quick and efficient. Prices are lower than anyplace in town. So, why the missing star? Because doing my shopping to a shrill "Maaaaaargaaaareeeeeeeta" by a sample server is not so very comfortable. Seriously, it could break glass. And then you wouldn't be able to have a margarita anyway. Whoever told her that was a good idea was very, very misguided. Please ... just stop.

So many things! Local is certainly celebrated here. Hatch chili season they are roasting outside, crawfish seaon boils, and freshly made tortillas all the time! What??? The weekly meal deals are always awesome. Buy a box of coffee and get 5 breakfast items free. Grilling and football packs are always great too. Excellent wine and beer selection as well. Wait...don't forget the samples.

I just have to say this cause this turned out amazing!!! This is the best cupcake cake I've ever had!! Whoever did this is just amazing!!! Thank you so much it's exactly what I wanted but even BETTER!!!! If I could hug whoever did this I would!!! My daughter absolutely loved it!!!!!

I ordered a cake for my mom and wanted chocolate cake with vanilla icing with pink and yellow roses. Come to pick the cake up today, it’s vanilla cake and only pink roses. They gave me attitude and acted like it was my fault. No one in my family eats vanilla cake. It’s one thing to mess up and another to blame the customer for your mistake. You obviously were not paying attention to what I was saying when you took my order down on the phone. Left the cake and had to grab one off the shelve.

I understand a having a few "rebels" here and there, but this heb just allows anyone to walk around the store without a mask. Every time I go there, I feel very uncomfortable and leave aggravated. The last thing I want to happen is I bring the virus home because my eggs were breathed on by an infected customer. I am very confused and frustrated with this store.

Need to get better about facial coverings with both customers and employees. I am not buying stuff put out by someone who cannot even wear a covering properly. Hello, you also breathe through your nose. Also I don't need the looks from people because I choose to wear a face shield over my mask because of the selfishness of others. What a mess.
