HEB has always been great as far as selection, price comparison, aisle width, and product placement but the lines at checkout get crazy and it seems that it stays super busy. That being said, you would think that more checkout stations would be open to move the customers through the process faster. I was in the express lane forever with one item until I saw self-checkout finally clear it's lines so I gave up and moved over even though I'm not a fan of self-checkout. If you are that busy all the time then it's time to open more lanes please!

LOVE MY LOCAL HEB OFF FRAZIER AND LOOP 336! MOST TIMES I FIND WHAT I NEED! SOMETIMES TOO MUCH! LAUGH OUT LOUD! LOVE THE SELECTION OF MEATS,PRODUCE.THE BAKERY OFFERS DELICIOUS FLOUR TORTILLAS AND BOLILLO! YOU NEVER CAN GO WRONG IF YOU SHOP AT HEB!!?

Roxy, the new curbside employee really went out of her way to go the extra mile and to be very friendly and caring! In addition, items were ready on time as always, service was great, and groceries were excellent!

If you have a question for the flower department don’t waist your time calling they won’t answer you. And keep on putting you on hold every single time switching you to different departments that can’t help. Even the front end manager working in the morning ask me to wait 20min for a simple question. Regarding if they had any roses available at the time.

I love shopping at H‑E‑B , but I’m disappointed at a product they sale . The JAMAICOOL , thise product is a hibiscus flower tea bag. I accident opened un the bag when mixing it in with sugar. When I took the bag out of the jar I realized there was rocks inside I even found a charcoal piece in.

OMG this is my favorite grocery store, I have to drive over 2 hours to get to the closest one to our town ! I go for the coffees, Taste Of Texas, H.E.B. brand. It is amazing!!

Well the meat substitute section has vanished. No one knows when where nor why. They told me it never existed. Yet there's still a sign in the frozen section that lets me know I'm not crazy, although Juan told me I was, as he has 'once eaten the products.'At the good HEB down the road, they have the sign, the products, and the knowledgeable staff.

HEB quality with attention to who the customers are and what they buy. I’ve never been here and walked out thinking “Now I have go to… to get…” I always find what I’m looking for and more. The staff is helpful and great to interact with. Sometimes I see things and make a mental note so I can make less stops next shopping trip ?

So glad to see they are renovating this store, it really needs it! I LOVE MY HEB and only shop them. Prefer the HEB brand on a lot of goods (try the Mootopia Vanilla milk, it ROCKS!), it is not only much cheaper but also same or better quality than name brand. When they put Curbside in this store, was soo happy, I live in Cut and Shoot so driving over to the lakeside of town was quite a drive, when this store is relatively close. Hope they put another store on 336 East since this area is growing tons and 105 is getting widened. Changed my meds from CVS y mas over here finally and so much better (and faster!). They treat me well at both Conroe locations, but this one is much closer to home for me (and not as busy). They carry more Hispanic items at this location so I can count on that when I need it but some things they only carry at the 336W location (it is larger and newer). Gas is usually among the lowest priced in town. I am definitely an HEB girl through and through.

We don't visit this HEB location very often but when we do, they usually have what we are looking for in stock. On our latest venture here, 01/2023, the isles were well stocked and the store was pretty clean overall. They had everything we needed this trip and a few things we didn't! We'd shop here again down the road.

Me and my boyfriend were checking out and the lady who was at self check out had some very rude comments to say when we were having issues with the card reader. She then proceeded to say" chip down" and when we did that and the card reader still didn't work my boyfriend said "hey you can try this card" she proceeded to slap my boyfriend card on the checkout table and snatched the card out of his hand. I find this very unprofessional coming from working in customer service. I don't know who pissed in her tea but she should have a talking to buy management. If she was management I would never want to ever work at Conroe HEB and would never want her to be my boss. This happened on October 25, 2022, at 8:30pm.

I live in between two HEBs. This one, an old one and an newer one just a little further away and the difference is night and day. The workers at this H‑E‑B are so rude and grouchy except for two of the Hispanic male checkers who are very sweet. The little girls stocking and running around the store don't GAF about the customers. I had one chick drop a sprite and it exploded all over me. She didn't even say sorry or offer to help me get all that sticky off my legs. She just walked Away and started talking to her friends. Just now I had to run get my wallet and I was told my groceries would be "put in a cooler" while I was gone. Didn't happen. She seemed very bothered by my existence. So yeah. Take a few minutes and go to the one at 105 & 336

All of the “under 15 items lanes” had absolutely no customers in them and all of the other checkout lanes had 4+ people. I backed up to Ankura’s (purple hair) lane and she quickly turned me away and their cashier team lead backed her up. So, while their fellow coworkers are slammed with customers and while customers are waiting in long lines, Ankura and the other 15 items or less checkers along with the cashier team lead, feel they are entitled to stand there and do nothing. I will never go in this place again, it’s such a joke.

Been to a lot of HEbs in my time. This one is a DUMP and crappy. Dirty, rude just nothing good to say about anything to do with this store.
