Not honest. Kept a lot of my meat from the hog I had butchered. Didn't give me what I asked for and over charged. Packaging was subpar and I ended up losing some meat due to frostbite because packages were pierced. Find another butcher if you want honesty and quality.

Looking for a special blend of beer, bourbon, tequila, or wine look no further liquor store on premises.

For the past 2 years M&S has processed my elk. There "Old Fashion" smoked sausage is the best. Friendly service, great guys.

Satisfied with their product,turn around, and customer service. They processed it a week earlier than estimated. They called immediately and followed my instructions to return the bones. Another local processor that a lot of people use couldn’t get any of this right. I mean none! No call. I had to call them and they swore the called like modern phones don’t keep phone logs and they called a pay phone looking for me. Missing meat. No bones. Poor service and the prices were ridiculous.H&S is my new place!

From customer service to the product itself, I would recommend H&S again and again. The whole team was amazing, from the young gentleman who checked us out giving my son an entire thing of chocolates to the teamwork carrying multiple coolers out. We had pan sausage this morning and about to cook another, was gone in about 4 minutes?Thank you again H&S!

Hours have been updated! Thanks!!Checked hours on Google maps and it shows to be open on Mondays, but it’s not (liquor store is). Can the hours be corrected here, please?
