I called service and spoke to Spenser who just did not want to help me out on the phone nor made the effort to pull up my account to get me set up from another state to here.
I like to have all that set up so I know what my warranty would cover before I drive to the dealership.
Spoke to Fred Hass and with in minutes they were able to transfer my information via vin #, I was setup on the phone, told that I was in good hands, and also made me feel comfortable that they would let me know before any cost driven repairs are done to my vehicle. Fred Hass will be my new dealership and service department

Most of the people who help u when u are getting maintenance done on your vehicle have attitudes it’s pretty wierd and unsettling they also will tell u a certain time that your car will be ready but make u wait hours after regardless of it being busy or not….

Review is For the service department: clearly not being managed well.
Taking on more work they can handle which is not respectful to the customers time.
8-10 min just to be greeted. 2.5 hrs for tire rotation and cabin filter and that’s with an appointment!!! Clearly lots of frustrated people waiting. One guy was waiting 2.5hrs for a tire repair.
I will be going somewhere else for service from now on.

Our family has purchased several vehicles from Toyota and always received excellent service. I drive a Grand Highlander and there is a recall at the moment for safety. I spoke with Allen in the service department in regards to the airbag concern and he has gone above and beyond to assist us. From start to finish Toyota has always taken care of us. Thank you Allen for your excellent Customer Service! If you’re looking for a vehicle give Huey a call, Phillip will help you get financed and Kenny and the service team will take it from there for service or repairs. I have personally worked with Spencer and Allen and believe the entire team is Gold Star!

I bought my Sienna February 2002 from Gullo - $23,800+. All maintenance (excluding tires and batteries) was always performed at Gullo Toyota. Every oil and filter change was always performed at Gullo service. Every recommendation provided to me by the service department was always performed at Gullo. I trusted Gullo explicitly for everything (excluding tires and batteries). I took excellent care of my van by always taking it to Gullo.
October 9, 2022, my oil light came on when having to make a hard stop at a traffic light. Approximately 30 minutes after arriving at my destination, I checked the dipstick. I was shocked to see that there was no oil on the dipstick. Putting the one quart of oil I had into the crankcase, I took it directly to Gullo as they had performed the last oil and filter change. It was evident to me that a service person had forgotten to put oil back in the engine after draining it all out. I had only driven my van a couple of hundred miles with whatever oil was in the motor after it had been drained out. The service manager determined all they would be responsible for was to replenish my engine with oil and NOT fix the engine – damage that was caused by their mistake. Because my van was 20 years old (EVEN THOUGH it had less than 98,000 miles), the service manager refused to do any repairs. That meant checking my oil every time before driving my van. I had to go to Gullo every month for additional oil as that was the only option offered by Gullo's service manager.
I sent two letters to Gullo Toyota – one to the service manager and another one to Tony Gullo, Jr., requesting they take responsibility for damaging my engine and repairing my van to the condition it was prior to their mistake. No reply was ever provided to me from either letter.
After a year, having to check my oil daily, going to Gullo for oil monthly, I found a local mechanic who rebuilt my engine. He informed me that it was known by most mechanics in the area that Gullo always used reconstituted oil for their oil changes... since the oil used for my oil changes came from Gullo, I am sure they must have put reconstituted oil in my van. If you are using Gullo Toyota to service your vehicle, I strongly suggest you ALWAYS check to verify that Gullo has done exactly what you've asked them to do…….and have paid for.
UPDATE: I responded July 18, 2024, to Ms. Box, with the letters I sent to Gullo along with my phone number. As of August 13, I have yet to receive anything from Gullo.
SECOND UPDATE: Paula, from Gullo, contacted me this afternoon (9/5/24). She was extremely courteous, but the service manager gave her his "story" which was NOT what happened. He told her I had an old van and smoke was normal. I stopped her from relating what the service manager said to me and explained my 2002 van had 93,000 miles at the time of service. The van was in excellent condition and had never smoked ...until Gullo service department failed to put oil in my van after changing the oil filter. Of course I drove it without oil ...what woman would know to check the dipstick after an oil change at the dealership.
So... I'm still out over $5,000 (I'd have to pull my tickets to see exactly how much it was to get my van fix at a reputable mechanic). I wish you faithful Gullo patrons well with a business that has no integrity... or maybe it's just the service manager with no integrity. Perhaps Mr. Gullo should look for another service manager. Sure do miss Rocky.

Called the parts department to get a price on a Front Stabilizer Link Assembly for my 2010 Toyota Highlander. They quoted me $129...MSRP is only $86.08...ended up getting it at Fred Hass Toyota for $63.14...that's insane...so call around before you get parts from here...

Brought my 2006 Tundra in for codes P1445, P1442, and P0328. When any of those codes come up the truck goes into limp mode. First time in, was charged just under 4k, and check engine light, and limp mode on the way home. Brought back in, another $1,000, and next day P0328, and limp mode After the second "repair", I had to walk the entire lot, in 95 degree heat to find my truck. Seems like a good service department might go get your vehicle while you're settling up, and have it ready for you. So is this some sort of endless dance we do? Bringing it back in tomorrow, this better be a free fix, the trucks only worth about 8k. Yes, Gullo in Conroe. Okay, lets discuss, how can I reach you? In response to the message below, Andy called me, was very nice. We'll see how it goes. Dropped the truck off again yesterday. Update: Third times the charm? Allen, ( the Assistant Service Manager ) said they had fixed the problem, ( the second time ) but the P0328 code is now a new problem, So they fixed it, and two days later, there's a new problem? Anyway Allen was very nice and patient with me, only charged me for the parts, $500. So now I've put a couple hundred miles on the truck since the last repair, seems like it's finnaly fixed, so theres that.

Very pleased with my experience at Gullo in Conroe! Very friendly dealership that I talked with over the course of a few weeks, never felt pressured unlike the other Toyota dealers in the Houston area that pedal high mileage, overpriced Toyotas. Old school family-first type of place. Finally came in to test drive a 2021 Tacoma that had been on the lot for a few weeks and ended up buying it same day. Received fair trade in for my VW. Salesman Brent Green helped me, and was very kind and helpful throughout the process. Paul in Finance matched the rate that my Credit Union had offered me, so I ended up financing through Gullo. Paperwork was quick & easy. Super satisfied with my experience at Gullo. I aim to keep my new truck for the next 20 years, but I’ll be back years from now for my next Toyota!

25k service and it took 3 long hours. They did not even change the engine oil "per Toyota recommendations". They did tire rotation, alignment (which I paid) and complimentary car wash. I don't know about the multipoint inspection because I knew I had low pressure on 2 tires and it was NOT corrected but they documented 35psi on all four wheels. Are you guys kidding me?

I like the vehicle I purchased, but to get a call back is impossible. Seems that once the sale was complete, they just don't care. Multiple voicemails and talking with the sales manager, who said he's been there 25 years and who promised my issues would be resolved, and nothing. Salesman and Manager just lied to me every time I called. Tells me to call back on a certain day and he conveniently takes the day off. If you like Toyota, buy one, but be aware that you may have to be very patient.
Update: No more then 30 minutes after posting this review, I got a call. I was informed of the loss of the owner and some other issues that may have attributed to slow service, but to just not return phone calls is not acceptable. The salesman was nice and apologetic and is taking care of my concerns. I just wish it didn't take a poor review to get results. I will think twice before buying here.
