They aren't thorough. I came in for a diagnostic because I was getting an intermittent check engine light and my push to start button would sometimes blink orange. The technician, I think his name was Spencer came back and told me the issue was the battery. Now, while I will admit that the cold crank amps were low, the battery itself was outputting 12.4v and generally the car was starting without an issue. When I asked "what about the error codes I was receiving?" I was quickly dismissed with a "When the battery is bad it throws out all types of error codes".I'm disappointed because even after replacing the battery with one with higher CCA, I'm still getting an intermittent check engine light with the same error codes (see attachment) I reported to the staff before. P0421 Code: Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1).I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone, from the other reviews I've read here it doesn't sound like they know what they are doing, even with lug nut torque...

Comfortable waiting room. Expensive as all dealers, but ask for permission before performing work. Not a long wait.

I originally thought I had found a good place for maintenance after I had fuses and cracked taillight assembly replaced. Fast forward to routine $80 oil change and free tire rotation. Suddenly my front wheels are pulling to the right. Paid the $144 for alignment and now the car vibrates terribly at a high rate of speed. Per service manager, I need new tires. Mind you, the ride was very smooth before tire rotation. So my hubby had a local tire shop to spin balance the 2 front tires and found that the balance weights had been removed. I suspect the tow was also adjusted during the rotation as these same tires never had an issue with alignment until rotated by Gullo Mazda of Conroe. Going back across town to my longtime Toyota specialist. Beware.

Debbie helped me out with the process of getting a new car and was super helpful with purchasing my 2021 Mazda CX-5! She very patient every step of the way and loved her charisma and services she had to offer! She passed me along to Adam in the financing department and also amazing with every detail he explained from services, to the best warranties selections and the best offer for me personally on my car! After shopping around the Houston area for a few months and gathering research on markups/fees/dealerships, I reached out to Gullo Mazda online and connected to Debbie in sales. Debbie was professional, polite, and straightforward from the start. She was quick with message responses, hopped on the phone when needed, and never pushed her interest. All my (many) questions were answered without a hint of frustration, and she was very transparent with the numbers and aligned with our prior research from the start. Overall I'd come back because of the fair and transparent pricing and Debbie's professionalism. Together, they made the process simple, fast, and efficient without any tricks or gimmicks. By far the best experience I've had in the area, and I recommend Debbie if you're serious about purchasing a car.

I like that I'm able to text and schedule appointments.I get a reply in a timely manner.Very helpful customer service.2 years of maintenance and one dead battery replacement later, I'm pleased with the way we've been treated.Beautiful remodel!!! Way better atmosphere than it used to be. Not crammed anymore.

So far had great experience with Debbie in internet sales. Initially I was going to go with Team Gillman in Houston but their internet sales quote is loaded with ridiculous rip off dealer fees like 'Team Gillman Package". Debbie was no BS, no rip off fees. Please compare so you can see. Gullo is straight forward and honest...if only all car sales could be like this. Did everything online and txt. Highly recommend Debbie at Gullo.

These folks may have the best Mazda service department around the north Houston area. So friendly, helpful and professional. And they throw in a *free carwash* with every service visit! Who does that? These guys!!
