July 2024 UPDATE
Several weeks after this review Cherry, the Manager called me to apologize and tell me the issue had been delt with. She offered me a free haircut from her. I told her that I was on my phone deleting Great Clips data stopping to take her call. I got my free haircut, she did it well, gave a thank you tip. Yesterday I went back for another haircut. Cherry was on leave to help a family member. Kalah (sp) gave me one of the best haircuts I've had in a long time! My 8+ years of loyalty will continue!
May 2024:
Horrible! 1st time having a cut from this older woman. She trimmed my hair. Left it wet combed it all to the front took off the black cape and started walking to the register . I took my comb out and combed my wet hair. She said it's your lucky day , your haircut is $ 8.95. I slipped my card into the machine it came up saying $5.00 was the lowest suggested tip! That's crazy! A five minute haircut would net her $60 in tips plus her salary! I've been going there for 8 years. Guess it's time to move on. Ron Streelman disabled USN Vietnam veteran

I have given great clips 3 chances to do my hair but each time the hair dresser did not cut my hair the way I would have liked. I have given a reference photo each time but the haircut did not turn out how I would have liked it. This 3rd time I didn’t need my hair to get cut as short as they did it, they actually cut it too short when the photo given had long hair at the top. There will be a very slim chance of entering a great clips again.

My 12-year-old son HATED his haircut, BUT, in all fairness, they did exactly what he asked for. He didn't understand the difference between using scissors and clippers to shorten the sides and was almost in tears at the result of the clippers. He has a 50s-style haircut, and he went from Elvis to Bruno Mars.
The reason I gave 5 stars is because the stylist did an amazing job based on what he asked for, and you could see that she was sad for him when she realized he wasn't happy. She made sure to put a note in his account that explained his style better, so the next time he goes, they will know what he's looking for and know to cut his hair with scissors.
It was nobody's fault, really, just a learning experience, and in my opinion, he looked very handsome. Kids are picky, but the skill level was on point. The way they handled everything and the compassion on our hairdressers' face was enough to get my repeat business.

I just needed a quick trim to get rid of split ends. I forget the gal's name who cute my hair but she was so nice, quick and efficient! Quickest hair cute ever and great bang for the buck too!

Thank you to the friendly staff and especially thank you to Jocelyn who executed the perfect hair style, I really appreciate the detail that went in to my hair cut. I have a difficult time with my type of hair but Jocelyn managed my hair cut like a true professional barber.
