If you have good quality gold DO NOT TAKE IT GOLDSTEALERS,they will lie,deceive,falsely claim,fabricate stories,and use every possible method of consumer fraud every known by humans.Id like to say even playing ignorant,but it appears they are truly ignorant.They actually think they can take peoples property,take pretty pictures,copies,and have you sign documents,as if they were legit,with no intention to pay a dime for anything.I have had two separate incidents over a long period,a returned check,for a large amount,and claim to have sent money to my bank account,just to criminally obtain all my private banking info,for unprofessional use.My worst mistake was thinking they would correct previous issues,when in fact they are still attempting to defraud,and steal valuable gold from the public.I gave them a break and withdrew my criminal complaints from the AHS office,and DAs as well,but it appears they could care less.They took my 3000plus dollars in gold,for a tiny fraction,781,and it's Friday the 9of August,five days after they took my gold,a cute email claiming money was sent,and not a sign of funds anywhere,STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Imagine,all I have felt with involving the owner,Amelia,and others at GoldWiser.After eight full days ,only due to being notified of a formal complaint issued through the BBB,funds were finally magically ,deposited into my bank,this was even stranger considering the owner made it perfectly clear that no payment would be made on weekends,and she would check on such the next week.Then in furious anger from pressure of complaints,she calls me threatened me with police action because I had filed a complaint with the BBB,which included her phone number.Clearly she was not educated enough to know that the complaint information is private,and after full investigation is complete,the BBB redacts any personal information before posting statements.Thr public needs to stay away from this operation,it is pathetic at best,and between attempting to steal gold,scam banks with false checks,and then threaten customers for legit complaining,well!That says it all,take your gold to a real business,stay away from Goldweiser

I came in today to get rid of some jewelry. I gave the woman (who was the only person in the store) my jewelry and without even testing anything she already classified my items as fake.(this could possibly be because of my race) She recommended that I go “Na’s jewelers” since I was unhappy with the service there and they were only a couple lights away.
I went to the other jewelry store and the happily accepted my REAL diamond necklace because it was never fake to begin with. I’m sensing that the woman in Goldwiser just didn’t feel like working today.

Customer service was good but I was told I would have my money in 72 hours and I didn't get it for a week. Never going back. I didn't get the best price and waited way to long to get paid.

Heard this place was falsifying gold tests, so I came in and checked for myself. Brought in a piece that was 18k gold. Lady at desk did her acid test with 4 different acids and stated it was 14k and low balled me at $600. Little did she know i have documented proof from 2 separate jeweler shops (Daniel & Co, K jewelers) certified as 18k gold valued at over $1700 I would not trust this place, to be honest. You're better off selling your gold to a pawn shop or a jeweler.

The place is alright, but the rates they offer for Silver and Gold are honestly a bit of a joke. If you're looking for better value for your precious metals, I'd suggest exploring other options.
