Great gym! Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else

When I walked in to inquire about a membership I was met by a very rude male staff member. I don't remember his name, but he got upset because I didn't want to sit at the table for 30 minutes and talk about membership prices. I first asked if I could take a tour and he asked if I was even planning on joining. I replied Im not sure yet I would like to see what the gym has. He then told me I would have to sign waivers and that he he didn't have the time to give me a tour because he was the only employee on duty to work the desk. This guy was so pushy, unprofessional, and rude. I will never give this place a dime. I remember when this place used to be Gold's Gym...Fitness project is sleazier with their slimeball sales tactics. I have a friend who told me the gym is dirty, broken equipment, etc. Don't waste your time.

I’ve been a member at fitness project for a while now and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and equipped with top-of-the-line machines and free weights. The staff is really friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with anything from fitness advice to equipment guidance.

Been going to this gym since April 2024 and I absolutely love it. The manager is super nice always speaks as well as the staff at the front desk are all very welcoming. Highly recommend!!

False advertising on the sauna. The sauna does not work and hasn’t been working for years.

I absolutely love this gym! The customer service is always top-notch—everyone is friendly, professional, and willing to help. The facility is super clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming and motivating. One of my favorite things is the daycare; it’s well-run, and I feel completely at ease knowing my child is in good hands while I work out. Highly recommend!

I had a negative experience at this gym due to unprofessional staff behavior. While waiting for my friend with a membership, I was permitted to use the restroom. Upon returning, the same staff member who granted permission became agitated and insisted I leave until my friend arrived. The manager then confronted me aggressively, questioning my presence despite my explanation. This incident was mishandled and left me disappointed. I would not recommend this gym based on this experience.

I witnessed a situation at this gym that made me question its management. A guest using a buddy pass was waiting for his friend with the membership to check him in. He asked the front desk if he could use the restroom, and they allowed him to.
When he returned, the same staff member who let him in suddenly started panicking and telling him he had to leave. Instead of handling this calmly, the manager got involved and immediately escalated the situation by raising his voice and acting aggressively.
Good management should de-escalate situations, not make them worse. The way this was handled was completely unprofessional, and it left a bad impression on everyone who witnessed it.

I love this place! Friendly, with the latest equipment in fitness, extensive variety of classes and programs, and with professional instructors full of energy and enthusiasm to get you to your next level of health and fitness. A great place to get stronger and fit while making friends for sure!
