Took my son's iPhone in to repair the screen, and while he was not able to repair the glass, he provided several solutions that will prolong the usefulness of the phone. Amazingly helpful and friendly owner, one of my best repair experiences ever.

I went in for a cell phone charging issue. I have an older iPhone and thought I might need to get a new one. They didn’t try to up sell me, instead they cleaned the charging port. My cell phone is charging properly now. It’s good to know that honest people still exist! I would fully recommend them!

I have been coming here for so long and they have always been amazing. Fast, sufficient and honest.
One time I had to go to another repair place in Conroe b/c it was after 6PM and the other place took 8 days to tell me it would cost $400 to repair, took my phone and came to UPhone, they had it fixed in 2 days and charged $120.

Never got my phone part, never returned my calls. 2 weeks of saying the part was on order. Hence, they never fixed my phone. Went somewhere else and two hours later my phone was fixed.
