Terrible experience, I'm cancel my policy and they don't want to give my credit for more the 200 hundred dollars. They say and 3 weeks and I have more the 2 months and they don't solve the problem..
Terrible experience more than two months ago I canceled my policy because they do not offer deductibles of 500 dollars in total coverage... they had to refund me more than 200 dollars that I paid that same day that I canceled it because the dealer did not accept it, according to the dealer because Fred Loya, apart from taking a long time to resolve claims, they are very rude and do not offer deductibles of 500 dollars as they request. I am surprised that I have to be calling to request my refund when they told me that they were going to return it to me automatically, yesterday I spoke and the The person who helped me only said that they didn't know anything and that I had to talk to a manager to access my account... it's super bad for the insurance to offer low prices and then struggle with claims.

This has been the worst company I have ever seen. We are in the middle of dealing with a claim where their insured pushed a stopped car into my husband’s stopped car. They accepted insurance after speaking with their insured. They told us yes they would give us a rental but that we would have to pay out of pocket then they would reimburse us. Then no they won’t do a rental. By the time we got this figured out they would no longer pay for a rental because they had offered a total loss settlement… but they had put a check in the mail for medical for my husband it would take 7-10 days to get here… 10 days later still not here. They will only pay up to $75 to replace a car seat even though we payed (and have the receipt) for where it cost us $121. And they will only replace it if it’s less than two years old. Then they offered a total loss settlement and told us the check would take up to FIFTEEN BUSINESS DAYS to get here. We sent them a FedEx two day label on Tuesday it is now Friday and they are still trying to figure out if they can use the label to send it to us and have the check just sitting. We are paying for them to send this and they still won’t send it. I will never ever use them as my own insurance company after this experience and if you are in an accident with their insureds I recommend getting an attorney this is ridiculous. We’re at three almost four weeks without a required vehicle and they have provided nothing so far after accepting responsibility on day 8 and they already had the vehicles inspected and declared a total loss before they even accepted responsibility!

These people have the best rates and you’re not just a number here.I had Progressive and snapshot caused my insurance to go up to $578 a month for 1 vehicle so switched and I pay now 2 vehicles a total of $211 a month. If difference with same coverage
