I had my Luke sent on his way on Feb, 10. My Vet made a house call and told me about a business that would come and get Luke from him and have a private cremation for him and give me a paw print…that’s really all I knew when I agreed to do that. It was also very reasonably priced.What I received on Feb. 20th was amazing!Fond Memories in Conroe did way more than I expected. I received a certificate on card stock sealed in a nice envelope with Luke’s name on it along with a brass plate with “Luke” engraved on it. HIS paw print in clay with his name and a display stand, a really nice purple velvet bag that held a beautiful polished wooden box that held my boy’s ashes. The presentation was mind blowing to say the least. The brass plate was so I could choose where to put it on the box which I thought was a nice touch. These people obviously know how much our pets mean to us and it shows.Absolutely HIGHLY recommend!!!

We have used Fond Memories before and they will be taking care of our Ellie this week. She passed away 2 days ago at our Vet in Conroe (Stone Ridge). They have always been kind and helpful during these really sad times. Thank you Norma and your team.

Given the situation, knowing your furbaby was cared for in such a compassionate way after their passing is heartwarming. Please give everyone involved my most sincere regards.We received a beautiful paw print w/a stand, a beautiful engraved box, a lovely card with information on how to grieve a furbaby loss, all encased in a lovely gift bag. It looked like care was really taken to be respectful of the presentation. There is also certificate of cremation included (but not pictured).In the unfortunate and sad event you lose an animal baby, don't hesitate to use their services. It's came through using BluePearl Emergency Pet Hospital, but I'm glad this is the company they use.

So much more than I had expected. Norma is so gentle and kind (who doesn’t go in there in a puddle of tears?) From start to finish, my beloved pup was treated with such dignity and respect. The way her remains were returned was simply classy, elegant and professional. Velvet lined urn, paw print with stand and a beautiful card with the pertinent info.For such a sad event, couldn’t be happier. Thank you Norma for the Fond Memories. Well done.

I just want to take the time and say thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Our pup passed away suddenly at the vet clinic, and y'all took him in and cremated our fur baby. We just brought him home yesterday, and we are so blessed to have him home, and the care that y'all put in for our baby was amazing! My heart still hurts, but having him home will make it start to heal. Thank you again

There are not enough stars to convey my amazing experience and appreciation for Fond Memories in Conroe. Their willingness to go above and beyond is truly unmatched in todays world-and the beautiful way you receive your pet, well, it literally made me cry how lovely and what care was taken.

My first pup and at 5 years old he left suddenly. This was very difficult and Fond Memories was friendly and kind, until they were not! Since they hadn’t cremated him yet, I ask for a second paw print, just plain. When I picked it up, I noticed a hair on his paw and told the lady. She was so defensive and snapped back at me saying it was his hair. I told her that his hair is short and the strands are thick. She told me to sand it but I will just lose the detail. Annoyed, I just left. When I was outside I noticed that the hair was much longer then I originally saw it in the office. I called and she said she can’t do anything for me and if I wanted to remove it, to just sand it. So I am stuck with someone’s hair on his paw, I do not feel comfortable in sanding it. I wanted to give some time before sending this review. Still 4 months after this and I am still very sad and upset with how they treated me and my baby.

Very kind staff took the time to make sure I knew my options when I lost my beloved Cockatiel and best friend. It was my first time ever in such a place and I was impressed by how beautiful the inside is. The property itself is also very beautiful and peaceful. Thank you, Fond Memories, for helping me honor my Bowser Boy in a way he deserved. Thank you for everything.

I had my best friend, Dot, cremated with Fond Memories. The girl that helped us actually worked for a vet that helped me take care of Dot in the past. She has always been sweet. Fond Memories took good care of Dot, we’ll be using them for the rest of our cremation needs. They’re so sweet and so easy to work with during the difficult time we had.

Picked up Wyatt Woo Bear just now and brought him home. What a beautiful job Fond Memories (out of Austin) did!!! I was fine until I put him in the car and asked him if he wanted to go for a ride in the car-car, and then when I found his unexpected paw print! I picked out a gorgeous cedar urn, so carefully packaged in a blue velvet bag (which I think I will use for his collar and MN “Driver’s License” name tag). Included was info about grief, including a pet grief hotline. 1-855-245-8214 24/7 available to all. And they remembered to hold out a teaspoon of his ashes for my jewelry. So glad to have Wyatt home. ❤️ Included a pic of the beautiful remembrance of Wyatt, and a pic of his last meal (double cheeseburger ketchup only) on the way to the vet. He had a great 16+ year run and I’m so blessed I was his humom! ❤️❤️

This company is amazing! I believe we actually used the one in Houston, but I'm not entirely sure because the vet is the one who sent him. However, I am so beyond happy. Not only did I get a BEAUTIFUL box for him, but they also gave me some of his fur, a paw print mold, certificate, and a few other things. My boy was my best friend and my emotional support dog and I couldn't have sent him to a better place. Highly recommend.

Fond Memories went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my little Max. I cannot recommend them highly enough for all that they did for us! We held a viewing for Max, I was apprehensive at first, but Norma assured us that Max would look just like he was sleeping, and she did not disappoint, he was bathed, brushed, and he did truly look so peaceful, it brought much needed closure for myself and my family. I admit that between the unexpected loss of my best friend, and my chronic indecisiveness, I was probably not the easiest client, but they were very kind and patient with me and all my questions (and all of my changing decisions).Thank you Fond Memories team for all that you did for me and my little Maxie!
