Lauren the supervisor at this location is AMAZING! I had some account issues and after many attempts of getting assistance at other branches, I met Lauren. She jumped into action and really took pride into fixing the issue and made me feel so valued as a customer of this bank. I wanted to switch but after working with Lauren I was reminded exactly why I choose to stay with FFB!! Lauren needs a raise, she is AWESOME!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. They even have small waters for customers. I went inside around 1 pm and was the only customer, so immediately was helped. The drive through when I use it rarely has more than a 5 minute wait. Would recommend this place, I have been a customer of their's for a long time.

I finally found a bank with people who speak to you, follow up, thank you for being a client, and provide the kind of customer service you would expect from someone who handles your financial accounts. 26 years as a customer with B of A finally came to an ugly end, but thanks to the amazing professionals at First Financial Bank of Texas (and I have been to several locations) they are all pleasant and make banking hassle free.

These people are idiots!!!! I was told to come by give a smaller local bank a chance at my business since they are at the front of my neighborhood and I pass by them every time I leave my house. What a huge waste of time!!! I was buying a car, 60k car 15k trade equity so financing 45k easy easy simple process. Nope. My credit score is mid 700's both my house paid off monthly bills right now around 5k but have been as high as 20k monthly when I had 4 vehicles but now I only have 2 and one was being traded off. These people asked me for a million documents as if they didn't have a copy of my credit report then the lady honestly says to me while holding my bank statements in her hand "well I can't see where the money is coming from" A loan officer looking at a statement showing 8-20k a month coming to my personal account and you can't see where it's coming from. I'm not sure if she was high drunk both or just plain stupid but it's very concerning that a uneducated person like this has access to people's financial information. Then they came back and treated me like a teenager living paycheck to paycheck saying my debt to income ratio to high for them to approve me. So 2 paid off houses totaling around 800k, perfect payment history for 25 years, 700k+ in investment accounts plus 100-225k a year hitting my personal account from my business and I can't afford a $700 a month car payment. Luckily I called BBVA they hit the exact same credit report and by end of day they had me ready to go. I don't remember the idiot lady's name I dealt with so if any woman answers the phone here hang up and run don't waste your time. I was told that these smaller banks get bottom of the barrel uneducated people because they work for peanuts and my experience proves it. Do yourself a favor run far away from this bank and forget they exist you will save yourself a lot of trouble in the long run. If 5 star reviews just "happen" to pop up its just employees or friends family of employees trying to manipulate. Or they are bought reviews, no one with more sense than a wet noodle would ever give them more than 1 star. They are retarded idiot drunk uneducated time wasters who need "busy work" to look like they are doing something productive when their sole job is to waste your time and energy so they have something to do during the day between coloring and macaroni art projects.

Waiting over 30 minutes in the drive through and they couldn't get anything done. Kept helping other people before me. Definitely changing banks
